Review 2：The sea view from the balcony and to enjoy the dawn of the Sun . The room was clean and well equipped. The stuff and the ower were really polite and friendly with us .

Review 5：The location of the pansion is ideal. You eat your breakfast infront of the sea! Very clean, the waitresses always polite and the room has some extra details I appreciated. Namely these were : mosquito trap/night light, tea lights for some romance, complimentary water bottles, small kitchen utilities to brew some coffee/tea, fridge, powerful hairdryer (for a BnB). The bed was great and the view as well.
Review 6：Extremely friendly staff, superb clean and nicely arranged rooms made our stay at pension Martha one of the best experiences. The staff did the best they could. Very clean rooms with air conditioning, TV, free Wi-Fi and wonderful view of the Aegean Sea. The location is great, in front of the sea, everything close by, restaurants and beaches. The breakfast is served by the beach and the honey the fruits and the fruit jam served for breakfast is from local producers. Fantastic taste and quality!!! If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful place with a sincere attitude and without unnecessary frills - Pension Martha will be an excellent choice.
Review 7：Everything. The beds are terrible. One can't get a decent rest, it's worse than sleeping on the floor. The shower is only a hose located above the toilet so you wet everything around. Moreover, there's no place, not even for a towel. In midday the boss is sleeping so nothing can be done till he wakes up. In addition, upon arrival, no one helped with the suitcases up the stairs. We had to carry it on our own. He didn't even move. On the whole, terrible is a compliment.

Review 9：Wonderful location, you can take your breakfast right in front of the beach!:) Very nice (lady) owner, friendly to my dog and to us, sea view balcony and the possibility to hang dry some clothes:) 3 supermarkets right near the pension! Oh, and the honey and fruits jam served for breakfast are from local producers, fantastic taste!:)
Review 10：The Wifi was very weak on the mountain view side. Never really connected. Breakfast would be better as a buffet because it limits what u can eat. And the variety is minimal and always the same.
Review 11：Very clean rooms and a warm, welcoming staff. The beds were a little hard but not the worst. Breakfast could have more variety, but still healthy and enjoyable. Great view of the sea and close to everything.
Review 12：It might seem from the photos of the place that you can actually get out of the hotel and step into the water, well its abit deceptive, there are rocks in the way so if you want to go for a swim you need to walk about 5 minutes to the swimming beach.
Review 13：Most of all the stuff was very kind and generous, the room was nice colored and had a warm feel, breakfast is served by the beach which is gorgeous. The location is right on the beach.
Review 14：No curtain or shower box (common in greece), breakfast starts a bit late (9am) for families with little children. Position is ok but not ideal: the beach is about 5min by foot either south or north, but there's no way to bathe right in front of the pension (no beach, just huge rocks). Wifi signal is poor in the rooms facing the mountains.
Review 15：Super-welcoming staff. Nice breakfast by the sea, cute and well furnished rooms, very clean and equipped with fridge and a camping cooking hob. Confortable mattresses. Restaurants and minimarket next door. Nice view.
Review 16：Shower and music The little en-suite bathroom had a shower without shower curtain (makes everything quite wet) or somewhere to hang the shower head (which meant that you had to hold it). Having said that, when you opened the little window you looked out over the sea, which was pretty amazing. The other only downside to this lovely place was that the bar plays music in the evening, until 12, so going to bed earlier than 12 only possible if you can sleep with music. General note on Agios Ioannis: it's about 3 hour drive from Volos airport (45min to Volos and then 2 hrs over the mountain) and if you rent a car (on the day we arrived the last bus left before our plane landed, and taxis are expensive, so car pretty much necessary) make sure it has a big enough motor for the Greek mountains. Agios Ioannis is a stunning place but it requires a 2-hour mountain drive with hairpin curves and 12% steepness. Our Suzuki Alto wasn't much fun, especially when it it started raining and the roads were a bit slippery.
Review 17：Staff and location All staff at Pansion Martha were absolutely lovely and helpful! The room was fine (we had triple room with sea view), has AC, little fridge, and is cleaned every day. Breakfast (included in rate) is delicious and you can really not beat the terrace overlooking the sea (only few meters away). We swam at Papa Nero (shingle & sandy) beach each morning before breakfast, which is ca 5/10min walk. (While PM is indeed 15m from sea, you cannot swim there as there are rocks.) Then there is Agios Ioannis beach itself (mostly shingle) 5min walk, and we discovered beautiful little beach little bit hidden, if at the end of Agios Ioannis you walk over the rocks. Agios Ioannis is really a strip of restaurants along the sea, and PM is at the beginning, which is nice. It has parking nearby (they have their own parking a little further but we found space on the free main parking each time.) PM also do great crepes, and when we ordered hot water for our teas, they didn't charge us. You can get free wifi there too.

The room could be a little bit larger - but it's not a big problem. Soundproofing with a corridor could be better - but for comfort of a 5-star hotel Peninsula is not the right choice.
Review 22：Полуостров Пилион - действительно милое место, нетронутое в массе пакетными туристами, с приятным шармом внутригреческого курорта только для своих. Pansion Martha порадовал отличным расположением и соотношением цена-качество. Супердружебные хозяева и персонал (английский - без проблем). Бесплатная общественная парковка в 100 метрах. У нас окна выходили в сторону холмов и внутренненго дворика – абсолютно тихо, несмотря на близость оживленной набержной. Есть небольшой балкон. Два отличных пляжа на выбор (песок+мелкие камушки) в пешей доступности - Papa Nero и Plaka. Основной пляж деревушки – только для променада. Если ищете тихое и спокойное место с душевным отношением и без лишних ненужных изысков – Pansion Martha отличный выбор. Жалеем, что из-за плотного графика отпуска не остались подольше. Pelion Peninsula - really nice place untouched by the mass packet tourism with a pleasant charm of inner-Greece resort - only for those who know. Pansion Martha pleased us with a great location and price-to-quality ratio. Super-friendly owner and hosts (English-speaking as well). Free public parking is 100 meters away. We have a room with windows facing hills and inner patio - completely silent, despite the proximity of the busy seafront. There is a small balcony. Two excellent beaches to choose from (sand + pebbles) within walking distance - Papa Nero and Plaka. The main beach of the village - only for the walking, not for swim. If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful place with a sincere attitude and without unnecessary frills - Pansion Martha will be an excellent choice. Regret that due to the tight holiday schedule haven't stay longer.
Review 23：The hotel is at the seafront and has a bar which can get crowded on weekends, but the place is very quiet. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly.
Review 24：Put us up in a very small room that once we put the bags on the floor because there was no place, they skip and stumble in them. But the bathroom - it was something unique! Width and 80 cm - personally gave I measured! You can imagine how I felt my husband, who is nearly 2 meters tallShower battery "bathroom" was knocked out, maybe someone bigger man (my husband) who just wanted to take a bath, but could not pay! We have traveled a lot around the world, but such a "bath" we have not seen. I got the impression that we might be placed in the room for support staff.
