Review 1：Front door to our apartment didn't lock from inside. When approached reception, was told it was for safety/fire reasons. We got that no one could enter the apartment from outside but having young children, we couldn't ensure safety from inside. Staff didn't offer solution other then chair against the door. We found this strange solution to fire safety..... not suitable for families with young children as they can simply walk out of the apartment, anytime!

Review 5：Had to request that the air con systems be dusted as it was covered in dust. Batteries in tv and surround remotes were flat on arrival and didn't work. Room was generally dusty behind the bed and window sills in the bed room. Otherwise very nice hotel and in an excellent location to the beach and shops and cafes/restaurants.

Review 19：Whenever I am in Caloundra I like to stay at Monaco. I particularly love the views and never tire of looking at them. The apartments are always clean and in good repair.

Review 20：The tall bar stool table with benches on the balcony. Didn't feel they were very relaxing. Surfboard decor over the bed room was very dusty. Limited parking for checking in paid meter parking out the front.

Review 29：Light that seemed to stay on all night out in the corridors (not in unit) - blinds in childrens room didn't fully block out the light. Also wasn't able to lock front door from inside with a key...would be useful as my 4 year old daughter just opened the front door as she pleased as she could just push the lever on the screen door the other way and open the door - plus the glass door didn't seem to lock from inside either. A high up dead lock or being able to lock on of the front doors with a key from the inside would fix this issue.

Review 32：No bad experiences at all, but would like instructions on how to use the dishwasher and washing machine. Not everyone has a front loader and I could not get the dishwasher working so had to wash all my hand. I am on holiday!!!!!

Review 33：Your amazing pool area. Sauna and Spa. the spa is so warm and bubbly not like some places where it is cold. Great outlook and the resort is in the centre of things in Caloundra.

Review 34：I had booked a room with spa bath, on arrival to our room there not a spa bath in the room, at no stage of the booking process did it say to request a spa, I was told by staff this what needed to be done?

Review 36：We stayed in 407, great room, the only thing I would suggest is to get block out curtains for the windows behind the TV, can't see the tv with the afternoon sun coming through as you are looking into the sun (needed sunglasses). Also the glass near the entrance needs a curtain as the light in the walkway shines so bright through the unit it's like having a light on inside.

The facilities are excellent and the apartment building is in a perfectly central location with a huge range of places to eat at within a two minute walk and twilight markets at the end of the street!

Review 51：The couch was coming unstitched, the table on the balcony was propped up with paper to make the table level, wall where the light switches are in the ensuite was very grubby, the ironing board had a very stained cover on it. WiFi was very slow and the door was hard to unlock and would only open so far before catching on the floor

Review 53：The Monaco is a new property. It's very modern and luxurious for the price. We stayed 4 nights but wished it was 10. The location is superb, right in the middle of Coloundra between the Main Street and the beach. We will definitely stay here again.

We had our own car so we could explore the rest of the Sunshine Coast, would recommend hiring a car. Fantastic weekend away will come back soon.

Review 79：First night the adjoining resort guests used their pool situated directly in front till 10pm. Screaming and crying children.The noise travelled up to our resort. Not a good start. Then the next three nights the noise from the pool finished at 9 sharp.
