Review 1：Old family hotel that needs a serious refresher for me, painting and piping at first (very difficult to have hot water for instance). And with this ugly terrace in concrete outside with no decoration at all, I had the feeling to rest on a parking lot. No real facilities except a computer and an access to a beach but without any service or animation. Huge deserted lobby and breakfast room. Hotel far from everything (bus stop, port, travel agencies). Gargantuan breakfast but tasteless.

Review 2：Well not a lot things... Helpful staff with handling my complaints maybe! The possibility to book some excursions from the hotel directly. And for sure, it is a quiet place, veeeeeery quiet!

Review 5：Lovely family business, one of the first hotels in Kissamos, very relaxing, beautiful calm hotel on the beach, loved having breakfast on the terrance next to the sea. Really great restaurants near by, and it is close (a local bus ride) to some of Kretes most beautiful beaches. I am planning my holiday there next year.

Review 6：The staff is fantastic, very kind and polite; the hotel is easy to reach by car, it's located on the beach and very close to Kissamos. The room was very comfortable and clean and wi-fi was excellent. Breakfast absolutely OK.

Review 7：Everything was very nice, people working there are very friendly and helpful, you feel welcome there, the location is very good, basically on the beach, just few minutes walking from many restaurants, and especially comfortable to travel to the most beautiful beaches in Crete. The rooms are nice and clean, and although we had the room without the sea view, indeed there was a side sea view, almost every room has it, it made us very happy. The place is very calm (except from the kids shouting from the swimming pool of the neighboring hotel in the mornings) so you could hear the sea during the night.

Review 8：Kitchenette had very few utensils - just electric rings but no pans. kettle or crockery. Breakfast selection was quite limited for the price.

The breakfast was really tasty and what we enjoyed the most, is served on a terrace in front of the sea. :) The rooms are comfortable and cleaned every day. The surrounding is quiet, perfect for people who can't stand touristy places. Perfect hotel, we will come back there for sure!

Review 30：Great family run hotel. Quiet beautiful location. Clean, comfortable. Easy walk to quiet sea front restaurants in the evening. Being a "grey nomad" and solo traveller it was also a relaxed safe place to be.

Review 31：I took a shower but my wife refused because the water was not very hot[just warm enough for me ]. If they have roof top water heaters they may not do the job in early April.

Review 35：The Hotel Galini is simply perfect. The position is really nice,directly to the sea in the best part of the Kissamos bay. All the staffis adorable and they are always ready to give you support in case ofnecessity. But they offer more...It seems to stay in a nice family! Thecleannes of the rooms is really excellent.The breakfast is very goodwith good quality products and you can have it also in front of the sea.Personally, it was my best hotel experience in my life. We will seeagain next year! :-)

Review 36：Kissamos is a mix between the very touristy and the very local, it would have been nice if there was more of a mix. However, we had a great time venturing out to the neighboring areas.

Review 37：The location is excellent if you are interested in seeing the surrounding beaches. We particularly loved Elafonisi, Balos and Falasarna, all within a maximum of 1 hour from this hotel. The family that runs this hotel makes it, though! They were always smiling, always responsive, and truly special!
