Review 9：Listing does not state price of shuttle service to airport, as is the case with many other listings:-/ I was quoted 15 EUR for the 7 minute airport shuttle. As I was not in a huge hurry, opted for the 10 min. walk to the train & 7 min. ride for 2.70 EUR

Review 13：This hotel is poor value for money. The rooms look old. The hotel is understaffed. For example when I arrived the TV didn't work. Rather than send someone up I had to go to reception to collect new batteries. Same story when I need an iron the next day. They don't have ironing boards so I was forced to iron on the desk etc etc. The location is about 1.1km from the railway station so you're forced (if you have bags) to get their overpriced shuttle. I raised this with the management and they just said 'this is a 3* hotel'. Stay in Vienna and get a train in, is cheaper and the hotel will be better.

Review 15：The WiFi didn't work. The shower had only two temperatures: boiling hot or freezing cold... The double room are two beds pushed together. When you sleep, the bed a move away from each other. Very annoying.

Review 17：I wake up at 3.00 o'clock from terrible sound what comes from bathroom, they change my room to other where sound was heard just little bit. I tried to change room in the evening, but staff told me that sound cames from other room and will stop soon.

Review 26：I booked for a room for a night with shuttle service and breakfast. when I got to the airport obviously there was no shuttle service, took a taxi to the hotel . the staff tall European was on his mobile . had to wait for over 7 minutes. I informed him my booking included shuttle service which he was extremely rude and told me I had to provide my passport to confirm my booking . he refused to read my booking confirmation which I had received. an African staff then came to intervene.... both were unprofessional .. claimed that no shuttle service is provided by the hotel yet this was posted on booking .com ... no chek in registration was done . I paid for a service that I did not get...and the room what I paid for is not what I got .. in the morning , female employee was arguing with guest in the reception ..

Review 27：Location is away from shops, everything, fine if you want to rest, otherwise boring. Restaurant (nice) opens at 6pm, so bring a snack if arriving early. €15 to get to airport.

Dogs charged at 8 euros each, said this was steep, and the manager Sasha plesk was very patronizing, and said that we should have looked up the hotel website for the terms and not paid any attention to booking.com Room so hot, had to shower in the middle of the night, dogs too. Number plates not requested for car park, so not secure And so we go on......

Review 46：I booked a double room but was given a single room. I requested the shuttle at time of booking, which was ignored. When I rang the hotel I was told to take a taxi. Arion charges 15.50 euro (07/15) for their shuttle and should be stated on website plus they only respond if flight number is given. The WiFi reception is erratic and slow. Only one third of the TV channels (out of 40) tuned in.

Review 48：Just regarding the taxi from the Vienna airport to the hotel arranged through the hotel - it'd help next time if they say you can take any cab that is at the airport at the taxi point - I was waiting and waiting there for a 'special' taxi...and couldnt reach the hotel at the tel.no., to check. I paid 15.50 EUR for a ride from the airport to the hotel (arranged by the hotel, otherwise itd be a little more expensive)

Full of luggage, I get a room at the last floor no elevator, receptionist does not mebtion anything, no help neigher. Restaurant: waiter maybe nice but so slow... No optimising its movements... Room: equipment ok, cleab roughly but details not clean as the heater in the bathroom or the night table. For 45euros it could be tolerated but next time I rather pay double and relax! In SK or Barcelona I get good service better staff, city center for 35euros, sorry but no way I go again

The restaurant within the hotel was very good with decent pricing and quality. We were able to take a train from downtown Vienna out to the hotel.
