Review 1:Gem of a guest house. Very welcoming and attentive hosts. Room was spacious and spotless. Boutique style furniture and high quality furnishings. Great breakfast with lots of choices. Has free parking which is a bonus. Would highly recommend and looking forward to returning again.

Review 13:Friendly Hosts, Relaxing stay, close to all amenities and a short walk into town. Rooms and B&B Immaculate. After staying in several B&Bs in the Cornwall area, some double the price, there have been none better. I would happily recommend. Lovely stay.

Review 17:Cherrywood lodge is fantastically located just a few mins walk from the waterfront / Looe town. A lovely and friendly accommodation which provides fantastic home cooked breakfasts.

Review 18:Our request for a room with plenty of daylight was fulfilled; it was very comfortable and fitted out with everything we needed, including a fridge (an unusual luxury in a B&B).

Review 23:The hosts were very friendly and accommodating, beds very comfy, good WIFI, rooms clean and tastefully decorated. Breakfasts were absolutely delicious, fresh salmon every morning. A most enjoyable stay in a beautiful corner of England.

Review 24:The location was excellent, the proprietors very friendly and attentive, the breakfast meal was well above average and the room we can honestly say was one of the best we have stayed in.

The recommendations for meals was appreciated, however the hearty, delicious breakfasts lasted us for the day! Available parking was a necessity, if not a bit tricky.

Review 27:Very warm friendly welcome from Ralf and Annie. Beautiful clean room with so much attention to detail. Very comfortable bed.The breakfasts were lovely with home made bread and a fish choice if you order the day before. Lovely fluffy robes and slippers and your own fridge. Fabulous!!!

Review 32:Location was excellent and the owners were so friendly. We felt like they'd welcomed us into their home, and were very accommodating. They also cooked an amazing breakfast!! The room had a quirky theme which we liked, they had obviously been inspired by different places around the world. I would say our room had an Indian/Hindu theme, which was very luxurious.

Review 33:Superfriendly people, very clean rooms, all the facilities, great breakfast. Good location to drive around and see Cornwall. Our room was equipped with a shower but they had a baby bath for our 6 month old!

Review 36:Wow, what a great stay in looe, fab location, two minutes from the bridge and excellent proximity to the coast path. Ralph and Annie you are superb, the room and the food were out of this world and the attention to detail just brilliant. Review 39:We stopped at Cherywood lodge whilst attending the Looe music festival. It was such a friendly atmosphere, we were greeted & our bags carried to our room. The decor was lovely & well equipped room. Wonderful freshly cooked breakfasts & such lovely owners. We will Defo be back next year!

Review 41:We had two great hosts, Ralph and Annie who were extremely welcoming and friendly. The location was perfect as it was only a 7-10 min walk from the rail station. We couldn't have asked for any better in regards to the superior room, it was beautiful, clean and very comfortable with amazing attention to detail. Breakfast was of a very high standard, well cooked with delicious homemade bread. Fresh fish was also available as an option if ordered the morning before, my partner and I both took advantage of this on alternate days, and were both very impressed. Overall, we were very happy nwith our stay at Cherrywood Lodge and will definitely be recommending this to friends and family, a great experience!

Review 43:Our hosts greeted us warmly and offered us a hot drink and took our luggage up to our room. Our room was nicely decorated with lovely bed linen. There was tea and coffee and proper milk in the small fridge and two bottles of wAter. Our shower room was a good size and we had four towels, two of them being bath sheets. The toiletries were very nice. Breakfast was great with a good choice. In all this was a great stay with very good hosts.

Review 44:We found Cherrywood Lodge a top quality place to stay , we would even say that the comfort and decor of our room was so much better than some of the Hotel rooms we have stayed in.

Review 45:we were really impressed with the decoration and facilities in the room. Cooked breakfast was delicious and both Ralph and Annie were wonderful hosts. Would definitely visit again when going to Looe and have already recommended to friends.

Review 46:Crossing the road is a little dangerous. Might be a good idea to put a mirror on the other side of the road to see traffic coming up.

Review 50:Just spent the last two days at Cherrywood lodge. The room was superbly set out. The breakfasts were excellent given a days notice and Ralph can supply smoked Haddock. Done with a poached egg or two. All cooked to perfection.

Please be advised that using satellite navigation technology does not offer the best or safest route to the location, hence you may find these directions useful.Upon arrival into Looe proceed across the 7 arched bridge as if leaving Looe towards Polperro and you will see the Millpool car park on your right hand side. Continue uphill past the car park on your right hand side, and take the second road on your left into Goonwartha road. Continue downhill to the crossroad junction and proceed straight across into West road. As you progress gently downhill you should see the Cherrywood Lodge sign on a facing wall above head height on the left into our car park.Please take care of ramp on approach to car park area, if driving low profile vehicle.In case of any damages or theft noticed in the room after check-out, the property will forward the invoice to the guest.
