Review 1：Car parking in multi storey wasnt always convenient

Review 2：We've stayed in lots of Austrian hotels in the past but this is the first 'all inclusive' that we have tried. Please to see the beer wasnt just the 'euro-fizz' but also included the local weissbeer. There was a choice of wines also at the meals, all mostly good. Food quality was excellent although the evening meal choice was sometimes a little limited. Room cleanliness was better than some other Austrian hotels. We stayed in a double suite on the 2nd floor.This had excellent views of the mountains & town. Car parking at the hotel was limited to 20mins for load/unloading. Free parking is provided in a local multistorey approx 5mins walk away. WiFi excellent throughout. Reception staff particularly helpful. Although this is a great location for a summer break, to our mind in the winter could be a different matter since winter nightlife is load in Saalbach through our experience in previous seasons.

Review 5：The wifi although free was rarely available in the bedroom and if so it was very patchy. We thought we had booked a modern room but we were allocated an un-refurbished room in the eaves which was disappointing. The beds were very low and not very comfortable. The room was OK and clean but very dated and not what we expected. The TV choice was at best 2 or 3 channels if you only spoke English. There are no WC facilities on the ground floor which can be a bit annoying.

Review 6：We had not stayed full board before at a hotel thinking it would be a waste ,but Alpinresort changed our mind. If you are going to take full board this Hotel knows how to deliver. Fantastic varied and tasty food, all day,amazing choices at breakfast and delicious evening meals. The wines offered as part of the package are also of a very high quality with other pay as you go options if you wish. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly the spa facilities excellent and the whole experience made for a relaxing holiday. Nothing was too much for the staff. We shall be returning without doubt.

Review 7：because was all-inclusive = Dinner was unexpectedly weak.. SPA & Pool closed at 20.00 .. if you spend time at ski at 17.00 .. you need to choose between dinner and spa & pool. WiFi disconnects many times .. is annoying

Review 25：I stayed at the hotel with my husband 2 teenagers and year old. It was probably one of the best holiday experiences we have had. The staff were fantastic, so helpful, friendly and attentive. The food was fabulous. being all inclusive you would expect compromise on quality but there certainly wasn't. The warm outside pool was fantastic after skiing. It was a decent size so you could have a good swim and it was spotlessly clean. I will certainly be returning maybe even in Summer.

Review 26：We had some reservations about the all-in experience, but would definately recommend it. Newly refurbished with big comfortable rooms. Bath and shower, good bed and nice view. Breakfast was very good and we also enjoyed the apres-ski food/snacks. Warm dinner and small desert with wine, soda or beer. Dinner was also quite good. Starter, extensive salade bar, main and desert with good wine included. Also nice bar where a lot of people met at night. (partly outside) swimming pool was also great and the Spa definately worth a try.
