Set on an elevated position, Opalio offers air-conditioned accommodation with furnished balconies overlooking the Aegean Sea or the garden. A short path connects the property to the beach of Agios Ioannis at just 150 feet.

Review 1：Perhaps our naivety but Would have been helpful to be informed early on that payment is generally by cash. Note that the nearest cash point is a bit of a drive away and therefore plan ahead!

Review 5：The studios are furnished with everything necessary and offer a fair degree of comfort. The view is absolutely marvelous. The personnel and the owners are very nice and unobtrusive. Frankly it was one of the best vacations for our family.
Review 6：Good location (near the beach), very clean (they were cleaning theroom, changing towels and throwing the garbage every day), the host is very polite (we received coffee, fruits, wine etc), the wifi connection had some periods of not working, but not for long time, the breakfast is very good...all in all is a great place to stay if you ever get to Agios Ioannis, I recommend it. One last thing: do not leave Agios Ioannis untill you go to Fakistra Beach - it is an amazing small, wild beach.
Review 7：The pension Opalio has a wonderul location, within a walking distance from three beaches, main street with shops and restaurants. Each room has a balciony that overlooks the Aegean sea. If you are morning person you can enjoy a breathtaking sun risings. Rooms were spacious, well maintained, clean and bed sheets and towels were changed every couple days. It was safe to leave all valuables in the room. Staff was extremely kind and helpful. It was wonderful to be welcomed with a bottle of ice cold water and bunch of ripe, chilled figs after a very long drive, 10 hrs. Parking was provided witin the compound. It was a wonderful two week vacation thanks to Opalio pension.

Review 10：Comfort and clean rooms, graet view from balcony, stuff were very kind and friendly. We went with a 10 month baby, and we got all the confort we could imagine.
Review 11：The hotel is going/has gone through some renovation work (aug2013) as such the outside areas are not the finished article. The rooms are excellent though and once the work is finished it will be 1st class.
