Apartment Maria Rooms sells fast on our site. Maria Rooms are centrally located in Agios Ioannis of Pelion, within a few steps from the beach. They are self-catered and spacious, with balconies overlooking the pristine waters of Agios Ioannis Beach.
Rooms here are sunny with wooden furniture and tiled floors. They all are air conditioned and come with a TV and a bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Guests are offered homemade spoon sweets upon arrival.
The village centre is within a 2-minute walk and has supermarkets, traditional shops and bars. The beaches of Plaka and Papa Nero are a 10-minute walk each. Free parking facilities are available close by.

Review 1：We came at a weekend, and then there is a parking problem in the whole area, this place dosnt have parking and we spend 30 minutes to find a parking space and we walked about 15 minutes with luggage to the hotel for this. the staff was nice but didnt know english so much

Review 9：Maria is a wonderful person and host. She did everything possible in order for us to enjoy our short stay in the hotel. Very hospitable. The cleanliness of the room was outstanding.
Review 10：We liked everything about Maria's Rooms, including the unimpeded view of the Aegean, the very well stocked kitchen, the cleanliness of our room and the entire hotel, the pleasant balcony and sitting areas and nearby beaches and hiking. Maria was an incredibly gracious hostess who provided a lesson in making Greek coffee and desserts to enjoy with it. We would unquestionably stay here again.

Review 12：Everything was perfect. The Location is right at the main street. Our room was with sea view and we used the table at the balcony to have breakfast in the morning. In the kitchen we could find everything we need and not only kitchen equipment, but also olive oil, sugar, salt, coffee, honey, ... Every day Maria brought us fresh eggs, butter, fruits and sweets. She is really kind and helpful.
Review 13：We could not use WiFi in our room. We had to go downstairs and even then we sometimes got disconnected. Bathroom was pretty small and for a tall person (i'm over 2m) it's not so comfortable.
Review 14：Very clean. Nice view. Balcony and window looking at the beach that is 5 meters away. Maria is very pleasant and hospitable. The kitchen had freezer, fridge, gas stove, filter coffee maker. Maria also provided some olive oil, honey, coffee and fruits. Most of the time we heard only the sound of waves.

The village is great & the scenery stunning. Great food in the 4 restaurants we had dinner in. Great pizza right next door & the local wine served there was delicious & good value. Really nice & relaxing few days, had a great time. Marias rooms are great value for the money we paid. Loved the village.
Review 18：We had a wonderful stay in Maria's Rooms. We were looked after so well, with the rooms being cleaned each day, lovely fresh white linnen and careful attention to detail as well as treats! When we arrived the baby swallows in the nest outside our room had just fledged and I loved watching them learn to fly. Thank you to Maria and all her family who helped give us all a wonderful and much needed holiday.
Review 19：Maria's Rooms are terrific. I can't imagine a better place to stay. It is directly on the sea and the kitchen has everything you would need to cook. Maria is a great host and sincerely cares about each of her guests. The rooms are also spotless.

Review 27：Maria was very nice, and here hospitality was great) gave as small trites that was nice. Here English is a bit pure but she done as much as she can and if needed she got help from friend. The room was compatible and has small kitchen that was very nice. Because there was strong wind the noise from the wave was a bit strong (not a problem for me but my wife was bothered a bit). We booked for two nights but since we have been there at May and the town was boring we decided to leave after one night. Maria insists that we will get some of our money back although she did not have to.
Review 28：The host, mrs. Maria, was incredibly nice. Nice and cosy little old fashion apartment. The place was extremely clean and kept clean every day. In my case the room did not have a see view, but the building is in front of the beach!
Review 29：Absolutely fantastic place to stay. Our host was extremely welcoming and gracious. She brought homemade food to our room everyday. The rooms were cleaned every day. Nice cosy little apartments with a good kitchen and lots of kitchenware. We had car trouble on the way to the accommodation and Maria was so helpful in allowing us to use her phone to call tow-trucks and informed us every time that the phone rang when it may have been for us. She organised taxi's and acted as translator to the taxi driver and spoke on our behalf to people to allow us to get our car back and fixed. She was also very accommodating in that each night we had to inform her that we needed to stay an extra night and we ended up staying 5 nights instead of 1. We thank her immensely for all her help and her hospitality. Absolutely fantastic place to stay even if you jut want somewhere where the staff are very pleasant and helpful. But here you get the added bonus of a beautiful seaside town and fantastic accommodation.

Review 33：The owner was extremely friendly and highly attentive, even coming out to help me park the car when we first arrived. During our stay she provided a constant stream of free snacks and homemade cakes and maintained an excellent level of hospitality throughout. The room was very cosy and exceptionally clean. There were many little hospitable touches that set Maria Rooms apart from other accommodations - gas cooker, portable camping cooker, dishwashing gear, lighters, plenty of cutlery, dishes, mugs, hair dryer and even a deck of cards stowed away in the bedside table. The coffee maker was an excellent bonus as was the satellite TV which included English speaking channels. We also had no problems picking up the wifi signal in our room and outside on the decked section complete with brand new comfy adjustable chairs, a nice view of the sea and and unobtrusive sun shade. All in all it was a pleasure to stay in Maria Rooms and the owners hospitality will not be forgotten. Highly recommended.
