Review 1：It is a bit far from the city/village. But seems that all hotels are so in Tihany! No free wifi in the rooms!

Review 2：It is a huge place, enough space for adults and kids; right by the lake; private beach. boats and surfing boards available; supermarket at the gate of the complex. wonderful spa and health center; great buffet for breakfast and dinner.

Review 3：the room. It had No AC And it was over 35 C. It face the car park (it is sell as facing the garden) the noise coming from the cars and buses as people come in and out. Have to sleep with the window open and it was a lot of mosquitoes

Review 5：Very limited breakfast, the staff hardly spoke any English. Rooms were a little dated and urgently need a facelift. You have to book this hotel on HB , BB not available be aware.

Review 6：Great Location by the ferry crossing, and fantastic facilities for young and old. Close enough to Tihany to go up with the train or by car. Great views of Lake Balaton. Helpful staff whenever we needed something . Buffet dinner offers a good choice and at least the food was hot.

No staff in the swimming pool for the security\each morning saw the open room with piles of dirty smelling linnen on the floor\one coffee machine in the big restaurant and people were waiting in the queue for a long time\and..\and

Review 11：Where should I start, first of all both the room and the staff was terrible. Made it there with both my kids but the room reserved was a bit small so was offered a different one at a higher price of course. And that's where the problems began. The bigger room, besides a missing AC unit was filthy. The couch felt like it had something spilled on it but never cleaned, dust was coming out of everything, the air smelled damp, and worst of all the room was full of bloody spiders. Spiders to which one of my kids had an alergy before. Yet after a complaint all the staff did about them was send someone to spray some corners with something then leave without taking care of any of the visible spiders. In the end I was left with taking care of them myself that night including one that had made it's way into the bed of one of my kids. The next day I also noticed why the room itself felt so filthy. The "cleaning" staff that was suposed to clean up in the morning literally covered the squashed spider in the middle of my kid's bed with a bloody blanket and left it at that. After more arguments with them I couldn't even cancel the rest of my days without paying for my whole trip so had to settle with the small room for the remaining days. Which was just as filthy as the bigger one mind you. Add to all that the food was... well not bad but highly anything to write home about, that there were almost never empty tables to eat it on reserved for what looked like all day by god knows who since no one showed up while I was waiting for one to be free, that the gym had mostly old/broken machines or that the treadmill needed a bloody key to start working, that the pool was always packed, hell even the kid's pool had adults dive bombing into it and finally that the so called "free" wi-fi was only "free" for 20 bloody minutes a day it all added up to a terrible experience. I know this will be the last time I use their hotels and services.

Review 12：Only thing I could recommend about them would be the location I guess, but that would be more or less irrelevant to the hotel itself and more to it's location. Other than that most of this review will be made on the minus side.

Review 13：Air conditioning could help in all rooms. Out in the beach area ther could be some nice "sun-shades" some protection from the sun like: beach canopies...
