Review 1：Nothing really to mention - maybe the daily parking fee for hotel guests

Review 2：Very friendly staff; Great food - vegetarian und vegan meals, too; Very new facilities

Review 3：room was slightly smaller than we expected for a superior room with sea side view that we had booked. There was no sea side view just pool and trees. Every night there was thumping music that went on till about 1-2am from a night club short distance from the property.

Review 4：Staff very friendly and having booked half board there was an amazing range of food for breakfast and dinner. Very good and plentiful parking. The hotel is a brilliant comfort zone you can spend all day there relaxing. The spa was great too.

Review 5：I didn't like that the we had to pay extra for drinks even for water for every dinner during our stay. It was never specified anywhere that the drinks are not included when we did the booking. I never heard before or had such experience in any other hotel that you had to pay for drinks extra when you book half board. The parking had to be paid extra as well. I would suggest you include everything in the total price and with no additional fee once the guests accommodate in the hotel.

Review 8：Not so good beach the sea is very dirty and a lot of rocks in the sea difficult to get in to the sea. We have waited very long time to get the room we must get the room at 14h but we get it close at 16h. Not good move of hotel!

Review 10：No pressure in any situation. Everything is calm, comfortable and relaxing. Seaside very clean. A lot of possibilities to select a good beach place under the nice shadow of the trees.

Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and the ultimate in luxury. Lots of parking and an easy walk into town. All in all, a wonderful hotel and I can't wait to return...

Review 16：Instead of king size bed, we got two single beds joined together, which was very annoying; and pillows were awful, actually that "things" don´t deserve to be called pillows! Girls at the reception desk could have been more hospitable - as far as I know smile cost nothing! (and worth a lot!) :

Review 22：- After 10 Hours travelling and arriving at night (around 22:30h) you expect at least a friendly welcome and a nice bed! - We got a rude person at the reception (I think it was more a night watchman than a trained Hotel employee) and a stinky room (like sweaty feet!) After complaining this to the "reception" he came to check and found everything o.k.(no smell - so looks like me and my wife are a bit over sensitive!!!) , opened the window and said all rooms are like this - have just been renovated 3 months before. After keeping the windows open during the night it went o.k., had to keep it open our entire stay! - One more think we had to learn that sea side doesn't mean sea view!!!

Review 24：Reception was poor at all times - they had ICT issues and were always busy, however, most staff were professional about this. Our check-in was not good - we had had a long journey by motorbike and had to wait 15 minutes to be greeted at reception - and then Valter was rude, arrogant and incompetent. We accidentally left some important documents in the room, we phoned as soon as we had realised (by 2pm that afternoon) and spoke to Valter again - he promised to look for us - but did nothing for 2 days despite many phone calls and emails from us. Eventually he told us that the documents were not there.

Review 54：Everything else, non mentioned above, was disastrous! Complete disappointment. Small room, without air condition, refrigerator, room safe. TV screen smaller than my sub-notebook monitor, no wifi available in room. Carpet on the floor worn out and dirty. Insupportable smell coming from bathroom (some kind of acid?) - we kept terrace door and window opened for hours to make air breathable. Beach was anything but inviting. We'll certainly choose another hotel for our next weekend!

Review 56：This hotel is not a new building. You have to open the windows constantly because there is no airco in the room or ventilation in the bathroom. The elevators and TV's are small and outdated. Wifi is only available in the lobby which is really annoying because we use it to plan our day and our trips. Water in the swimming pool was cold. The hotel was also difficult to find which is weird because it's the biggest hotel in Porec, we couldn't find any signs though and stopped at the wrong hotel two times. In the low-season, when temperatures are not too hot to make airco necessary, and if you can live with all the other small "annoyances", I would certainly recommend this hotel to visit Porec or to make trips around Istria. The food and the staff are really good.

Review 57：The staff was very friendly. The buffet in the restaurant was also good with a wide range of choices and something different everyday. The rooms were clean and the swimming pool had lots of excellent sunbeds. The location is on walking distance of the historic center of Porec.

Review 59：First of all is not a 3 star hotel , in my country barely coulconsider a 2 star ,hasn´t air conditioned ,no fridge neither safedeposit in the bedrooms. The toilet it looks like the ones inseventies very poor. The breakfast and dinner was ok but they charge18 kunas for an orange juice...It´s was very hot at night and it´s impossible to sleep with the noise of the streets and from another clients
