Review 1：The owners (Ana and her family) are extremely hospitable. They do their best to make you feel comfortable. Ana organised the transfer from Split airport, provided us with a more expensive room at no addition charge, kept our apartment clean, helped us with laundry and all the time was ready to answer any our question. The only reason why you might not like Katara location is you hate going uphill. From all other sides – it's perfect. Magnificent sea view, pine grove behind the house, parking place. Supermarkets, restaurants and of course beaches are 3-7 minutes walk. Note that you go upstairs final 30 steps, and in case you have a stroller (or alike) you have to carry it in you arms. The same thing downstairs. And I would like to add that in our apartment there was no traditional oven (only electric stove and microwave), which, if you prefer to cook yourself (as I am), is not very convenient.

Review 2：Fantastic family who gave us a warm welcome and helped with our bags. Very comfortable apartment with a breathtaking view. We were able to extend our stay by 3 nights with no problem.

Review 3：The only problem is that the location is on a hill with a lot of stairs to walk, but the view form the balcony can compensate for the effort.

Review 4：The apartment was new, very clean and quite spacious. Owners are extremely kind and helpful. They also own a wonderful restaurant to which they can take you with a free taxi, on your request. Food there is excellent, the view and the service as well.

Review 11：For me this wasn't a problem, but there are a few stairs to overcome to get to the apartment, but this is Croatia, there are stairs everywhere.

Review 12：The view from the balcony of the apartment is gorgeous, it was nice to sit and sip tea and eat breakfast on the balcony. The family is extremely friendly and helpful, we arrived very late in the night and they stayed up for us and helped us carry our things. The apartments are very clean and well-furnished. They provide parking. If I'm ever in the area, will definitely stay again.

Review 16：A very cosy apartment.it is occupied with all the necessary equipments. The atmosphere was really home-like. It was very quiet here in comparison with villas on the seaside. The family is very friendly. They cleaned the room every day. Moreover,they have their own restaurant where we had 10% discount! They serve delicious local food there. I would go there once again.

Review 21：Not the cheapest one. Our balcony was not separated from the neighbours balcony.There were only flowers in pots. If you need privacy, it could be a problem. We missed a bed in the second bedroom even though we read in description "2 separated beds".

Review 22：Modern, clean and quite well equipped apartment with a great sea view. Be careful, a lot of stairs wait for you :-). You can smell the aroma of pine on the balcony.

Review 23：no official reception area; payment was done very informally; owners could have provided current exchange amount via website or provided exact amount owed at time of booking in local currency to avoid confusion / misunderstanding; apartments are located about 100 stairs up from street – not mentioned in description – not a big deal but not ideal for travellers with kids/strollers etc.; had to leave notes with questions for owners – did not see them the entire week I stayed at the apartment.
