Review 1：The room was not 100% ready, we had to force the receptionist to get in shape
Review 2：Apartements are well built with nice up to date design touch. The main building is more controvers in terms of flair, typical for countryside austrian. Great relax zone with different sauna types, which was for us the best part of this place. We will come back for sure next time...
Review 3：The staff in the reception were very cooperative and helpful. Free parking, top floor with nice view and a good sized balcony. The location was perfect, supermarket 5 minutes waking, the cafes, shops around you. Will defiantly recommend it, and Mayrhofen is the best choice to anyone planning to spend his/here holiday in that area.

Review 6：Excellent facilities for relaxation on site at Hotel Neuhaus with option for half board at very small extra cost (superb breakfast). 10 minute walk to main gondola is a great warm up and not a problem if you store ski's near lift which can be done for 15 euros a week. Very spacious bedrooms with loads of storage and comfy big bed. Loved the copious hot water and wet room bathroom and having a separate toilet room was a good layout. Stayed at the Neuhaus St Josef in the same hotel complex the previous week and far preferred the apartment as more relaxing when with group of friends to be together more of the time and have the convenience of a kitchen facility and living area. I would definitely stay here again.
Review 7：Well, if nitpicking Maybe the fact that there is no toiletries in the apartment. Only liquid soap and shower gel that mount on the wall.

Review 10：The Appartement are well located about 10 minutes uses Walk from the ski lift. 2 minutes Walk from the free but station to the lift. Appartement was specious with good Kitchen. Kept clean, simple and perfect for the use. We are a family with 7 adults and 3 young granddaughters and used 3 Appartement and used one studio for reading breakfast and dinner togeather which was great. The had a great failure for little children in the hotel as well as soon Prof and jaccuzzi

Review 29：Excellent service and appartements. Close to the train station and skibuses so you do not need to stomp around the whole city in skiboots. Breakfast buffe was great and included a chef making à la minute pancakes, omelettes, etc on request.

Review 31：The parking was a bit tight and we had to ask the guests above us to move their car early in the morning because if cars are parked in the two front areas then the cars can not make the turn to exit because of the fence and concrete pillar on the left.

Also, the apartment is the perfect spot for getting away from the noise of the busy festival but during non-festival weekends it would be better to stay in the actual hotel in the center of town.
