Breakfast had great selection for a such a small establishment. Great value, but may have been because it was tail-end of season. Would return in a heartbeat if it weren't so far away!

Review 11：The sea facing unit was perfect, spotless and peaceful with amazing views over the Adriatic. The pool areas are small but fine given the sea is but a very short walk away. 5 mins walk from the marina area with a variety of restaurants. Great service and friendly. Highly recommend.

Although the pool was very small, with the Adriatic literally a few steps away that was no problem - even in May. very good restaurants, bars etc. within a short walk. From the description and reviews we expected something out of the ordinary - the reality was even better than we'd hoped! Would recommend without hesitation and will certainly be back.

Review 22：The full size apartment is pretty new, comfortable, very clean, with a full kitchen and a balcony with a spectacular view. The staff is absolutely kind and friendly. The breakfast is fantastic. As we would leave very early on the day of our departure, the night before Antonella prepared us a delicious breakfast with bread, butther, cream chesse, jam, juice and different types of cheese and ham. THE PERFECT PLACE! PARADISE IS HERE!

Review 23：- A picky point - Silly as it sounds being on holiday in the beautiful Dalmatian coast, there were a couple of days it was quite overcast and cold and the TV in the room only had one channel in English.

Review 27：We were personally welcomed by the very kind and beautiful owner Ana. She showed us the beautifully designed appartment, with a Greta view on the sea. There was Also a very nice terrace from where we could see the sunset. The center of Breka is within walking distance by a beautiful path along the sea. We slept very good because it is very quit and the bed was very good. The breakfast was also very good with a lot of fresh fruit and all kinds of bread. We loved it here!

Review 29：when we had stayed in this Villa, the wifi connection was kaputt so we couldn't use wifi for 1 day. but next day they fixed so was no Problem.

Review 31：Really calm place, where we could wake up for bird singing and nothing more any noises when we were sleeping at opened windows. So it is really quiet place with just some people together in the house. It is very calm place but also close to the beach and to the little shops. So it is perfect place to relax.

Review 32：-Missing Coffee maker in the room (no Nespresso, Dolce Gusto, anything)(for this price class its a must, many places in Croatia offer it in 4* range) There is Coffee maker in the Breakfast kitchen, but thats not a excuse.. -Matress to hard (no Topper) you can feel the Springs cause there is no topper (for this price class its a must, similar and cheaper 4*Apartments in Split have it) -It is generally overpriced for what you get... Especially for Baska Voda Riviera or Brela... -no Wi-Fi for 3 days... took some time to get the repair guy. -Room Door is NOT sound proof!!!! (windows are)

Spacious rooms are furnished in a modern style, maximum neatness everywhere, a bathrobe, needs for showering and hair dryer in the bathroom, first class kitchen equipment. Very nice and kind landladies and staff as well. Rich and tasty breakfast with a great selection of fresh fruits, cheese, hams, beverages, really excellent! Great hospitality, everyone was so keen to ensure you enjoyed your stay. Nothing was a problem for them, despite ringing last minute to request an extra night. New well designed apartment, very comfortable, reasonable prices. Such easy access to Brela for dinner, a 5 minute walk along the promenade, thanks to a recommendation from the owner! Perfect! WIFI excellent.

Review 63：It's a little tough to find, and once you've found it, it's a little tough to find the reception area, but they are used to that and will help you. There are actually two buildings, and both are beautiful.

Review 64：We loved everything! We always book a room with a view, and this one was fantastic. The balcony looked out over the ocean and the pool below. We wanted the top floor and got the one just below - but it was still spectacular. The apartment is very modern - everything is white - and very clean. There's a full kitchen, and the bedroom is big and beautiful. The bed was a real king bed and extremely comfortable. Just the lighting in the bedroom is romantic. From this apartment, you can walk along the sea to a fantastic restaurant just five minutes away. We had our best meal in Croatia there. The breakfast the next morning is hot - and cooked to order. I went down after it should have closed just to grab a piece of fruit, and the girl working in the breakfast room insisted on making scrambled eggs and ham for me to take back to our room. We really loved it here, and would not hesitate to go back. On the road for two weeks, we picked this as our most romantic stop.

Review 70：Everething was really excellent for us: the staff, apartments with a stunning seaview, breakfast, surroudings with a nice balcony. We easily found the property using GPS. We decided to cook some food in the room, but if you want , you could go out for dinner. There are some cafes quite nearly. Apartments seemed to us as absolutely new, very clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was tasty and it was included a hot dish (eggs) ,a good quality cold dishes as well as fruits. This place was a calm romantic paradise for us. We would recomend to book a room with seaview.

Review 72：The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The studio was meticulously clean and the view was to die for. The bed and bedding were top notch and wonderfully comfortable. The rain shower was especially loved by my girlfriend and the bathroom on a whole was perfect. The included breakfast is delightful, with lots of choice and is well presented. On our last day we wanted to spend the day in the area and they let us leave our bags in the room (no one coming for that day). Later we decided to stay the night and they were so kind as to give us a discount. Everything was above and beyond and we both look forward to staying at Villa Paulina again. Truly magical!

Review 74：Staff was very professional, helpful and friendly. The apartment has had a superb interior, magnificent view and all amenities needed. Very clean. The breakfast was great with even good selection of food for vegetarians.It is worth the money we paid. Our rating is 10+. We have loved it. We had nice weather, sunny and warm. However, we might guess that even in the rainy and windy condition we would enjoy our stay over there. There is lot of possibilities for long walks along beaches of Baska Voda, Promajna and Bratus, the nature is lovely with lot of nicely smelling trees and subtropical flowers ... in one word it GREAT place to have a rest, proper rest!!!

This is really a great place to stay in term of venue, landscape, equipements and the staff is just perfect! PLus I recommand you a massage with Natacha she is very good! Can't wait to come back

Review 77：This was a beautiful, clean, comfortable room with plenty of amenities. The heated floors in the bathroom were especially nice. We were very comfortable over a 7 day stay. The location is stunning and as the season truly starts there will be plenty of restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They set us up with things to do and even helped us with laundry when we ran out of warmer clothes due to cooler than expected weather. Can't recommend this place enough. Plenty of fun day trips to make from Brela.

The viwe from the balcony out over the Adriatic sea was breathtaking. Beautiful garden with private pool. Fine and good breakfast we had to take in and sit and eat on the balcony if we wanted it. Calm and relaxing, and finally a wonderfull staff! We gladly return again.

Review 93：We liked everything about Villa Paulina although we actually stayed in Villa Lora which is just next door. Simply but beautifully furnished apartment with a balcony view which entranced us. The staff could not be more welcoming. Simple breakfast in well equipped eating area was very good. Although pool is small it was perfect for cooling dips after hard sessions of sunbathing on the comfortable loungers. Our only regret is that we could not stay longer - Brela is a perfect place to relax.

Review 109：We just spent a week in Brela at Villa Paulina. Despite the weather being occasionally rainy as we were so early in April, it was such a lovely week, good for wandering and walking along the seafront. Villa Paulina has only been open one year. The apartments are beautiful, well finished and have an an amazing view of the bay. Ana is a wonderful, kind helpful host, happy to help with travel arrangements and even drove us to nearby Makarska one day. Brela is a small, once fishing village now tourist village with many apartments around the many beautiful rocky bays that are shaded by pine trees. Out of season there were only a few restaurants and cafes open, but this made it so peaceful and easy and relaxing. Definitely recommended!
