Review 1：Facilities did not match pictures. Bed very small. Window with crack in it. Outlook from window was an over grown jungle. Staff not quick to acknowledge when we arrived

Review 3：Could do with a little modernisation in the rooms. They are a little tired looking. The view from our room was of, I guess, a back garden and it was an absolute state.
Review 4：The staff were very friendly. Arrived after food finished so let us bring our Chinese into the bar. Comfortable place to stay.
Review 5：bathroom was very worn and tatty, chipped washhand basin and bath. worn linoleum, and not very clean. Had a problem with the dinner, but it was handled perfectly by the staff, and turned out to be a pleasant meal.
Review 6：Room and bed were huge and very comfortable and clean, let down by the bathroom.
Review 7：Poor choice at breakfast for diabetics - no porridge no butter alternative -no yoghurt (low fat) - some of us dont want a full English. We had on our holiday similarly priced. B and B but better value.

Review 9：Woken up at midnight to the sound of "down it, down it" coming from the bar. A rowdy crowd was clearly in situ and the owners were not going to stop the noise, despite the presence of hotel guests. Most hotels will prioritise staying guests. Clearly, we were the least of their priorities despite charging us £100/night/room. No wifi, very limited parking and due to our early start, no cooked breakfast. Better guests stay at a local B&B for a good night's sleep and a nicer all round experience.
