Review 1：Staff are extremely welcome people. They provided us with recommendations on the food and interesting places to visit. There are greate own swiming pool. We have spent few days in Kissamos and enjoyed every day and night there. We recommend this hotel for trevelers! Price is really good for such conditions.
Review 2：Nice, very clean room overlooking the pool and in the near distance the sea. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely pool in a very peaceful and pleasant setting. Ideally located for village centre, restaurants and beach.

Review 4：This is a lovely hotel with beautiful outdoor space including an immaculately clean pool and gardens. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, providing lots of information on the local area and trips. Our room had a lovely balcony overlooking the garden and pool and even included two mini bottles of red wine - a lovely touch!

Review 6：Kissamos Hotel is in great location. The bus stop is five minutes away. From there bus ride to all known beach - Balos, Falasarna, Elafonisi. The hotel is nice, clean. The pool is great. Staff absolutely wonderful, smiled, dear. I recommend the area Kissamos as well as this hotel.
Review 7：Minor dislikes: Not enough electrical outlets to charge all the gadgets (important only if you stay there one night). Bad Free WiFi signal.
Review 8：Clean hotel, pleasant staff. We stayed in this hotel for just one night, on our way to Elafonisi. Given the fact that this hotel has only 2 stars, it was much more pleasant (and clean) than our 4 star hotel in Hersonissos. I recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to sleep in a clean bed and shower in a clean bathroom.

Review 25：This is a very poorly built hotel. The acoustics from the bathroom above all through the night were terrifying - as if somebody was peeing right next to your bed. Extraordinarily unpleasant.

Review 30：The room was clean and quiet. it was on the main street but it was not noisy so we could enjoy our stay. 部屋はきれいでメインストリートにあるにも関わらず静かで過ごしやすかったです。
Review 31：They leave the air conditioning on after cleaning the room, as a courtesy to the tourists. But for some that can be too cold. A small hanger to dry towels and swimming suites on the balcony would be useful, as most people come to Kissamos for the beaches.
Review 32：The double room is spacious, the bathroom has a decent size and is clean, it has a balcony with 2 chairs, though no table (if you don't get the sea view, you can still enjoy the sight of archaeologists working on the other side of the street). Though we did not try it, the menu for the room service showed very accesible prices. The room has a fridge, air conditioning and enough space to place your suitcases and remain comfortable. Wifi is very good, and the tv too, if that matters during holidays. You can find free toilettries and a hair drier in the bathroom. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they all speak English. The hotel also has a pool.

Review 36：The hotel is in the very center. It has a big, clear swimming poolwhere you can have a chair and a cheap drink. The room is basic but ok,with a small balcony (on the avenue though... Ask for a room on thegarden). Small bathtub with a window. Very clean place. Wifi was good.The staff (two men) was nice and helpful (the deskman phoned for us tothe public bus office for an information we missed, we didn't haveto ask). Definitivey the best you can find for only 30 euros in thehighest season.

Perfect location if you want to explore the most beautiful beaches in Crete: Elafonissi, Balos and Falasarna; and to experience famous Greek hospitality in a quitter setting of a smaller city (if you are looking for a nightlife, I would suggest staying in the city centre). Amazing nature, breath-taking views, mountains, sea, sun... Good food, small villages and history (local archaeological museum is nice; also, I would suggest to make a trip to Heraklion, to visit the archaeological museum, which was recently reopened after the renovation - impressive collection!). Hotel owners and staff are exceptionally forthcoming and friendly, always ready to help or provide you with an essential information, from bus timetables to the best place to eat in, or must see places (depending on your point of interest). Very nice, family oriented people that make you feel at home, plus actively try to help you to make the best of your vacation! Hotel is basic, but cosy, with a lovely ambiance, pool area, good aircon and is very, very clean. The rooms are being cleaned daily, so you feel that you are being taken care of. I enjoyed my stay in Kissamos a lot. Would definitely recommend this hotel! Excellent value for the price. Thank you so much to all the staff!
Review 49：Hotel Kissamos is a really nice place. It's ideal economical choise if you want to see Balos lagoon, Elafonisi beach and Falassarna beach, because it's nearby. Review 103：It's ideal economical choise if you want to see Balos lagoon, Elafonisi beach and Falassarna beach, because it's nearby. It's good chance to see local people everyday life, because the town isn't for tourists. Hotel is very old, old-looking furnitures, but the clean was perfect and the staff was excelent.

Review 106：Hotel Kissamos is a really nice place. Owners are very helpful and friendly. Hotel is very clean. It is great located. Close to the sea, bus station and town center. It is also very close to Balos and Falasarna which are gergous places.

Nearby there are no hotels under construction. Photos of the hotel is real. He is always ready to help or explain how to achieve a place that interests you. I have a very good impression of this hotel.
