Reviews for Sonia Village Hotel

Review 1:The hotel is pretty isolated, there are no tavernas nearby. The room although comfortable is very basic and the artificial grass around the pool is filthy in certain parts.

Review 2:The location has fantastic views and the beach is very close. The entertainment staff were friendly and great with children.

Review 3:Although paid wi fi could not be used on two different devices at the same time. The beach could be much cleaner because subeds are charged.

Review 4:Animation for children was very nice, our doughter was delighted. Our room was at the beautiful place, very close to the beach, restaurant, reception, mini market. It has great sea view.

Review 5:Free Wifi access was not included. Sunbeds also were not included also in the hotel beach. Cleaning could have been a bit better.

Review 6:Kids entertainment. Service was good. Food was ok.

Review 7:Pleasant, clean hotel with really friendly staff right on the sea side. We enjoyed the food during the day and in the evening. The food in the buffet restaurant is always fresh and has a lot of variation. Excellent pool, loved our time there. The room was clean. Rooms were air conditioned. Spacious balcony with sea view. It is located on a beach. Animation team and program for kids is great, a lot of different activity for children. Friendly atmosphere, spacious rooms, ideal for families. Very nice pool for children. Good value for money. All the staff were very child friendly. We will definitely go back.

Review 8:Booked a one bedroom and was very disappointed. Space was very small. It felt as though they took a hotel room and partioned it into two rooms to make a one bedroom. No sitting area, just beds. No table in our room to eat in. We had to move the patio table and chairs inside to dine on and to play cards, when the weather was bad. Kitchen area was in a closet. It was very basic and stovetop was very stained. Decor felt like it was from the 70's No large area to sit in the Lobby when the weather is bad. The Cafe, where one could sit and lounge in did not open until 11 am. Music played for the entertainment had very little Greek content. It was mostly Bulgarian music. I did not go to Greece to hear other ethnic music. I do understand that at this time there were many Bulgarians and Russians there. But, this is Greece and I would have expected more Greek flavour in the entertainment.

Review 9:Beach was nice, food was reasonable and fairly good quality. Not high end, but fairly decent for a buffet.

Review 10:WiFi should be part of the package price.
