Panorama Apartments sells fast on our site. Situated on a pine-filled hill in Poros, Panorama Apartments is 500 feet from the beach of Askeli. It features self-catered accommodation with free Wi-Fi and a spacious balcony overlooking the Saronic Gulf.
A kitchenette with cooking hobs, fridge and dining area is included in all apartments and studios at the Panorama. Each unit has a private bathroom with a hairdryer and shower. Air conditioning is standard.

Review 8：Since 10 years I'm coming to Poros island for watersport activities. Last September was my first stay at the panorama appartment and I will simply never look for any other accomodation now. The room are very clean, big and lighty. And the view is just breathtaking! I've been staying in several appartments and hotels in Askeli and Neorion, but the panorama is the best place to stay in Poros.

Review 9：Lovely large, very comfortable room. Excellent daily house keeping. Fresh towels, every other day, sheets every 3 days. Fantastic view over the sea. All staff very friendly. Also lovely quiet spot.

Review 13：little far from the center where you can find restaurants, supermarkets etc but close to a nice beach. we had to walk 20 minutes every time to go to the center, where is also the port, and the road in some points was very small and thus little dangerous from the cars as they are all running up there. or take a taxi which costs around 5 euros to the center. weak wifi signal. if you rent this apartment its better to rent also a motorbike.

Review 21：Location! Amazing view over the sea and the town of Askeli. Big balcony where it's enjoyable to have breakfast and lonely or romantic dinner. In a very close vicinity there are several beaches, two supermarkets and bike/motoroller rental which is absolutely nice to explore the island. And Poros has so much to offer to those who love nature and value tranquility. Easily accessible from Poros are several Saronic islands, and Piraeus port (Athens) is just one and half hour on the «flying dolphin». Studio is very well equipped with everything you need. Though you better bring along your own shampoo and stuff, cause they only offer two bars of soap. Also would be worth asking to arrange taxi in advance, since the apartments are located few kilometers from the port. Double rooms are located on the first and second floor. But as the building is located on the hill (70 steps up the stairs), the view is perfect even from the 1st floor.

Review 22：A big difficult to climb up and down all the steps from the room to the parking area. For families with toddlers or elderly people, ask for a room on the first-second level.

Review 24：The island of Poros and position of the apartment was fabulous. The apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable. All staff were very pleasant and helpful. We're likely to revisit the Panorama Apartments in the not so distant future.

Review 28：Stairs, Stairs and Stairs... No elevators, and not only the building stairs but about 100 stairs to reach the beach which we had to use them up and down.. Far from Poros town.. Staff were gentle but refused to make our check out with credit card at the beginning, then when we insist as it was a contract between us and Booking.com they finally accepted !!! Christian promised us for a fishing trip but he apologized later which frustrated us.. One of the reasons of choosing the apartment is to meet Christian and enjoy fishing with him..

Review 34：Its not a massive minus but the place has no elevator. From the road and to my room were a lot of steps, but I didnt mind too much, like a little workout to build up the appetite before dinner etc. But if you have bad knees or hips, or are old its not very comfortable. But again, I didn't mind too much. The kitchen didn't have any coffee cups, but I bought some in the city and now I have it as a greek souvenir :-)

Review 35：Room was clean, bright and spacious. The terrace was massive with a beautiful view, small table , 3 chairs and places to hang up wet towels etc. I had my breakfast there and in the afternoon I sat in the shade with a cool breeze and enjoyed the view while waiting to meet up with friends for dinner. Very close to the beach and 15 min walking distance into the city. I walked in there every evening, its a nice walk. The fridge was nice and cold and fairly new so it didn't make a horrible noise. Staff was very friendly.

Review 39：The view is fantastic, people are very kind and efficient. The place is very quite and comfortable. I am always stay here when I am going to Poros. It's close to the beach and to a lot of restaurants. The town of Poros is 6-9 minutes by car.

Review 42：I hate scoring bad reviews and rates, but I really need to criticise the owner of this hotel, Despina. Our ship was leaving at 6 and we wanted to leave the room around 4 because we knew our room and half of the hotel were available after us and the receptionist Chrysa said OK and we went to the beach. Then the owner did not let us to leave our stuff at our room, we had to come back (it's almost 100 stairs and a road) we could not even take a shower before we left. We lost half of the day. So intolerant! It's on steep and there is enormous mosquito problem.

Review 44：There are a lot of stairs to negotiate, a great way to burn off the slouvaki/baklava, but not great for those who are less able.

Review 48：For older people or those who experience difficulties going uphill it's better to take quad. Property is located quite high a mountain. Has 6 storeys, no elevator. You will hear your neigbors if they appear to be loud. Beds are very creaky, so if you decide to have fun with your girlfriend all people around will be aware. The lamp over bedhead is fixed very low, so you may find yourself hiting it every time when you decide to read book in the bed.

Review 49：We've been staying in Panorama for two weeks in first half of June. Location of the appartment is perfect - little bit aside from the road and quite close to beach, surrounded by pines and oleanders. I'd like to mention the walkway from appartments to beach. You have a choise to go short but rapid stairs in a shadow of trees directly to beach or go bit longer way down the street enjoing other appartments both sides. Short way takes 3 min. while long one about 6. Place is calm. Views from balcony, as many have already mentioned are really amasing! Especially at evenings when sun is down and heat subsided. Room (we stayed in large appartments) is quite spacious for two, kitchen has all necessary kitchenware, bathroom is also spacious which isn't typical for Greece. Shower equipped with modern facilities and provide enough room to feel comfortable during the process. The area around appartments is well kept and represent nice sample of garden architechture - stones, grass, floweres, trees, foot-paths. I'd also recommend to rent a bike or quad for easier moving around, nearby sightseengs and transporting goods from nearest supermarket (15 min uphill walk). All quads in rent-a-cars equipped with big spacious boxs. Owners are very friendly and onubtrusive.

The owner was very welcoming and very helpful. It is a twenty minute walk into town, taxi in the evening back 4 Euros. Beach within walking distance. Supermarkets close by. Would have no hesitation returning.

Review 55：We were blown away by the value for money Panorama View is! It was a little out of the way but we hired ATV’s and a taxi from the port was only 5 euros, plus with the views from our room we didn’t really want to leave anyway. Would recommend Panorama View!

Review 84：I cut my foot open quite badly on a bit of glass that flicked up in my flip flop in the carpark, we went to reception to get a first aid kit. No one was there and when we phoned were told no first aid kit was on site and pretty much oh well.

Review 91：Very good place to stay! The apartment is spacious, the bed very comfortable, it has a good kitchen area and bathroom and the view is beautiful. The bathroom was cleaned everyday and towels changed every two days. In the kitchen you find all the basic stuff you need. The receptionist was very nice and helpful in everything we asked (island information, motorbike rental, restaurant recommendations...) We took an earlier boat to the island but were supposed to arrive late at night, therefore the staff had prepared a paper with all the important things to tell us which was very kind. Excellent choice if you want to relax!!

Time in bathroom was stopped in 1970. It was moldy smell. Kitchen was wetting also, somewhere from the wall. We moved in another room but it was also "That `70s Show". Only few parking spots so you have to be fast.

Review 107：Kitchcen facilities could be better... Lack of microvawe was a small problem for us... Do not expect seashore at your door - you have to walk down the very long ladder, but it is a price of the perfect view... Balcony is on the sunny side, so in the daytime it is really hot there... If you want to have a breakfast with a seaview set your alarm clock :-)

Review 108：Panoramic view from every floor will take your breath away. I looked at the photos, but I did not expect the view to be so good... Awesome value for money - 420eur for 11 nights in high season for me is a perfect price... Good receptionist - helped us to arrange many things and settle some problems.

Review 109：The place is a bit noisy, you hear every noise the person in the room next to you makes. The shower in the bathroom is outdated, and needs replacing (old smelly shower curtain, leaking shower hose).

Review 115：We chose Panorama apartments for two reasons: The view, and the veryhigh booking.com rating. The view is there all right, but the fabulousrating is grossly exaggerated.This place has many unpleasant quirks.It is laid in six levels of 5 apartments each on the slope of a very steep hill, no elevator. There are 70 steep steps from the main road to reach the first level, and another 69 steps to reach the fourth level we stayed. This is equivalent to living on the 10th floor of a building without elevator, and having to go up and down a few times a day in the summer heat.Initially we chose to stay on the 5th level, because it had a full size refrigerator. That was a big mistake, because levels 5 and 6 are not remodeled. They are decrepit. To give you an idea, the sewer of the 6th level was leaking and dripping in our kitchen in a large bucket placed next to the large fridge. We demanded and got an apartment at the 4th floor for the rest 6 days of our stay. This is totally unacceptable, they rent these apartments as equivalent to the remodeled ones while they should offer them at deep discount, if at all, on an as is fully disclosed condition for broke tourists. So the moral here is avoid levels 5 and 6 at all costs.Still another quirk of the place is that the apartments are like little caves, running into the side of the hill. So the second room in the two room apartment has a widow in the dark corridor (this is not the case for the two top levels, but you do not want to stay there).There are many other details that are wrong also, for example the kitchen has no ventilation and you live with the smells of the food you cook. You cannot open the windows because there are no insect screens while there are plenty of mosquitoes. But I guess any place in this price range will have its minor shortcomings. However, we did not like the deception of the sign to the uphill access road which says "Panorama apartments 169m" when the car odometer clocks at...

Review 116：The balcony is roomy and you can see all of Askeli bay in front of you.The bathroom of the remodeled apartments is very nice although tiny.

Review 117：Great view and good location near Askeli beach. The only thing that u hv to climb many stairs from the main Street but for us it was a plus point we consider it as our daily exercises. U can avoid that by renting a quad bike. And I would like to send a special thanks to Mr. Christian, the Hotel GM, bcuz the time we checked out we tried to call a taxi, unfortunately they were all busy, so he dropped us off him self at seaport.

The bathroom was exceptionally good - no floods here. The staff were helpful and very well organised. Review 127：reallyreally minor: Neighbours aircon unit humming along (mind you nothing loud, I am just hypersensitive, and it was so nicely quiet that you actually hear it), so ended up switching on our own in order not to hear that, rather than sleeping with open window. Review 128：Great views, big balcony, very clean rooms, generously sized. Well equipped kitchenette and nicest bathroom yet for this price category. Friendly helpful staff. WIFI worked perfectly. Location depends on what you after, close to the beach, a bit further to town, but then you get free bike rental! Mattress could have been a tad firmer/thicker, but was perfectly OK.
