Review 1：Tihany is very empty and all shops and restaurants are closed on weekdays out of season.
Review 2：New house, well-equipped kitchen, quiet location next to the center. Great view of the inner lake from the room. They have a good restaurant that they opened only for us when we arrived.
Review 3：Make sure you come in early since everything closes around 8 p.m.
Review 4：Small family-operated panzio. The staff was very nice. They served a really nice breakfast in the morning (not buffet-style). Parking available across the street. Tihany is gorgeous. Close to the abbey and relatively close to the bike rental place.

Review 6：We made a very last minute reservation, because we could not stay at the accomodation we originally booked. Staff was very friendly and welcomming. Location is good, just a few minutes from the restaurant en town centre.
Review 7：We were visiting Tihany for my husbands birthday and I asked if the staff could do anything special upon our arrival. We found a chilled bottle of rose waiting for us in our room (very nice!) however upon checkout we see an additional charge for more than half of what we paid for our room! We certainly didn't expect to be charged for such an expensive bottle of wine without prior knowledge or being asked beforehand. When we spoke with management about the confusion the owner was extremely unprofessional and rude which left us with a very poor feeling from an otherwise acceptable hotel.
Review 8：Great value for the money. Plenty of space in the 1-bedroom apartment upstairs. It was clean and comfortable. Good portions for breakfast in the morning!
Review 9：Food options in the restaurant were very limited, most guests were eating in other restaurants in the village. The menu that is mentioned at the hotel website is not being served in the restaurant, this was a dissapointment to us. We were looking forward to grilled meat etc when we saw the pictures at the website. We stayed here beginning of September, maybe this is better in high season. It would be nice to have a place to relax outside away from the restaurant. Staff does not speak or understand English very well but this is not the case in the entire Balaton region.
Review 10：Very good price for this apartment. It was clean and everything you need is there, wifi connection is perfect. The location is ideal, close to the beautiful centre of Tihany in a quiet street. The breakfast was great value for the price.

Review 39：We knew that we took a room without air condition. Since it was 40 degrees outside also inside was quite hot. If our room would have air con it would be perfect. Matress it's a bit unconfortable and you can feel shoxs inside.

Studio was in beautiful colors, good equiped. Free parking. Pets are welcome too which was very important to us because we have little dog. Would go there again.

Review 47：The beach is quite far from the hotel in about 20 to 30 minutes walk (hilly area so it's hard to back;)), you have to go by car or bike. If someone is looking for a place entertainment is certainly not Tihany. No clubs, discos, pubs per week open to 22. Grocery stores open until 17. In Tihany no sand beach.
Review 48：Budget hotel in a quiet location, ideal for families with children but also young couples looking for relaxation. Apartment clean and well equipped. Near the market, pubs and souvenir shops. Close find also a small lake (Belső-lake), ideal for BBQ, jogging or a romantic walk with views of the old town and the church on the hill. From the hill a beautiful view of Lake Balaton. In early May, few tourists, peace and quiet. The town of Tihany very nice, old-style thatched cottage. Good regional food and homegrown wine. Very good bike paths, you can go around the whole peninsula and the Lake Balaton, beautiful views and wildlife.
