Review 1：In environment,barking dogs and singing roosters in early hours! It is not owner's fault,but some careless and reckless neighbours.

Review 3：Be aware that the manager does not really speak English. We managed to communicate on basic issues with a mix of gestures, greek, english and Italian, but trying to convey more complex concepts could have been complicated. We did not have any problem, but it's something to keep in mind. The following are comments about our very room, and they should not be generalized to the whole property. It is also possible that these issues have been fixed in the meanwhile. The air conditioning was making a lot of noise, making it unusable during the night. The flush of the toilette was taking forever (>30 mins) to reload and making a lot of noise in the process, causing some inconvenience when taking turns to use the services and at night.
Review 4：The manager is a very kind and sweet man, he tries to help in every possible way and makes his guests feel really welcome. Our room, on the ground floor, had a very spacious terrace where we used to have breakfast. Parking along the street nearby is simple, and Karfas is just 5 minutes away on foot.

Review 7：I got stuck in my bedroom for an hour or more trying to open the door. managed to get out by luck. finally shown how later to open the door by another guest. no breakfast. very basic accommodation. you CANNOT walk to town as claimed in advertisment. far too far awy
