Nikis Village sells fast on our site. Just 500 feet from Neorion Beach, Nikis Village features a pool and self-catered rooms with free Wi-Fi. All accommodation offers a balcony overlooking the Saronic Gulf, the mountains and Poros Town.
The air-conditioned units at the Nikis are decorated in white and light blue colours and many have traditional furnishings. Each includes a satellite TV and kitchenette with a dining area, fridge and cooking hobs.

Review 1：Maria who seemed to run the place day and night was wonderful. So friendly and helpful. Would recommend this place. Just the right distance from the town. Swimming pool a bonus for a small intimate hotel on a Greek Island.
Review 2：I was anticipating dingy dirty place on the basis of the reviews, and found the cleanliness perfectly fine. Daily room service and if we needed anything I always got it at the reception.
Review 3：I loved the light spacious interiors; the pool, the proximity to the beach. We were ecstatic about the breakfast - it's the best one we have had anywhere in Europe!; we also loved the large balcony with view of the bay, which Maria gave us entirely out of her good will. Last but not least, the staff were delightful, friendly and exceptionally helpful.
Review 4：Fantastic location, spotless apartment, brilliant staff and excellent value for money. I can honestly stay Nikis Village was the perfect holiday destination for us & provided us with everything we needed and made us feel very relaxed and at home.
Review 5：The owner/manageress was very friendly and accommodating. Our room had a great view over the bay, complete with air con, fridge and kettle(did not take own tea bags, forgot) The breakfast for 5euro extra was excellent. If you arrive without a car, then the location is a short walk or a two minute taxi ride from the port. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Review 8：Towels and sheets were changed almost daily, but the floors or the bathroom wasn't cleaned not once during our 6 day visit. Beds could be more comfortable, they were rock hard. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay very much.
Review 9：The staff was very kind and helpful. Location was good, peacefull and beautiful. But you have to prepare to walk to the harper and to the nearist market over a 1 km. The best beaches were on the walking distens.

Review 12：I totally don't recommend this place in case you value hygene. The appartment we stayed in was very dirty, smelled bad, there were insects all over the place and hair from previous visitors. Really unacceptable. The whole area of Niki's village also smelled like trash which made it impossible to eat there. We tried the breakfast the first day but it was absolutely horrible. Nothing good to eat, a smell of trash and the staff smoking next to the breakfast 'buffet' while all the tables are full of dirty dishes. So even if the pictures on booking look nice, don't book this place because it's just very dirty overall.

Review 14：On the port, avoid shops where prices are not displayed ... It is at the client's head. And taxi costs 3.70 euros to Nikki's port town which is not excessive. Refuse if the driver claims you 5 euros! This can happen, but this is very rare.
Review 15：I had a great vacation. The place is beautiful and the staff available and responsive. Maria took care of all our reservations before we left Paris, which has facilitated our trip. Nikki's Village is fifteen minutes walk from the port. Ten meters from the hotel you can rent quad (20 euros per day), cycling (4 euros) or a moped. You also have good tavernas a few meters if you do not want to go to the port. The continental breakfeast is more than generous. Many choice between salty and sweet. Special mention for Maria, Georgia and Marta who are always smiling and very friendly. Hope to see you next year !

Review 24：This hotel is placed betwin the most beautiful City only seperated with a small bridge. The hotel is placer in a arear of silence but still 10 minutes walking and youre in the middel of the City. The Beach is 5 min away and toget beaches with water sports are near by. Cleaning of the rooms doesent exits but beds and clean towels are made every day. Poros Island is the best place , with great hospitality. We loved it.

Review 29：Nikis Village did Poros justice. Poros is breathtakingly beautiful and Nikis Village was just as amazing. The location was great and Maria helped us and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable.
Review 30：Because we were probably the only ones staying there, it was difficult to find anyone beyond the first welcome. The wifi wasn't that great but worked well enough for what we needed. I would have liked at least to have a mobile number we could call for any issues. Even at check-out, there was no one around so we just left the keys on the table. Overall though, it was a very great place to stay.

Review 50：We had a very large Villa (3C) with stunning views, large kitchen with washing machine, split level with two bathrooms. The complex has a large pool with lots of sunbeds and service. Nikis Village is in a quiet location 500metres from nearest beach and supermarket. Easy walk into town although it will take you 20mins, my advise is to hire a quad bike.
Review 51：Only minor things: Kitchen was a bit poorly equipped, e.g. no soap or other stuff for dish washing, only few forks and knifes etc. Same with bathroom: E.g. shower curtain to short and nothing to scrape the water of the floor with. Such things could easily be dealt with.

Review 58：I have stayed at niki's many times and you cannot beat the location or the setting. The staff are friendly and helpful and the pool is lovely. It's only a 15 minute walk into poros town and there are some lovely restaurants just over the road from Nikis that you can try if you want to stay more local. I'd recommend Nikis to anyone wanting a place to stay in poros and will definitely be going back there myself!:)
Review 59：I definitely recommend Niki's Village to anyone that wants to relax. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The breakfast-buffet is perfect and fresh. The Hotel staff, very helpful and nothing is ever a problem. Restaurant options are nearby and parking facilities available. Will definitely be booking again!

Review 87：Nikis village has the potential to be very good but it fell down in some very basic areas: - the website advertises a pool bar with an extensive menu, although this pool bar existed it did not infact do food and when asked what good was available we were told only toast. - secondly, they gave you very little information on arrival about the area or basic amenities. We had to keep asking questions about very basic things which we should have been informed about early on. - Finally, the kitchen facilities in the apartment were very very basic something which were not described.

Review 89：The facility has great potential but needs attention to detail. Linen didn't fit the beds and was annoying for that reason. Basic cooking facilities with no kitchen supplies. No tourist information in relation to anything tourists might need to know. Noisy fridge woke us up constantly. Location is around 2.5 klms away from the port and most restaurants. Limited eating choice nearby. Pool bar had no wine and limited snacks or breakfast. Need to take taxis ( cheap ) or hire car / motor scooter to get around. But walk to port / town center reasonably flat and easy, unless it's hot. Basin leaked and some maintenance needed in room. Showering difficult as shower curtain did not contain the water and shower nozzle has no hook to hang it from, so you could shower easily. Location shown on google maps is not correct and is misleading. Detail is the difference between ok and great.

Review 102：Apartment was nice size but worn out and in need of modernisation. Kitchen worktops were black around edges. Scuffed woodwork, dirty walls. When we arrived it stank of damp. In bathroom pipes were green and sticking out of walls, one stuffed with toilet paper. Bath was ancient with hand held shower attachment. The prices for apartments are very high for dated accomodation. I asked for room on high floor but was given one on ground floor with trees blocking the view. Towels and sheets not changed. We only saw the cleaner once when she emptied bins and swiped a mop through kitchen area. Very disappointing as these apartments look luxurious in ads.

The staff was really helpful in advance with booking ferry tickets, travelling tips, etc and they did their best to fulfil our wishes with regards to balcony, rooms, etc. Not the most luxurious hotel, but you really get value for your money. If we are travelling to Poros again, we would choose the same hotel.

Review 109：It was very convenient for my sister and I as we like to use Neorian Beach, as opposed to Askeli. Also The White Cat is a 2 minute walk from Nikis. We had very good service there at all times. The pool is lovely, and the rooms comfortable, and adequate for the amount of time you spend there. Kostas, who runs these apartments is good fun, and entertaining. Also the local bus stops outside, and costs 2.80 euros. We would stay there again.

Thehotel has a large pool with plenty of lounges, the room was adequate for3 persons we found the beds a bit uncomfortable as the sheets etc seemedtoo small for the beds, and the bathroom was small, but these were onlyminor problems as the service was good especially from Constandinos youcannot miss him he is the large guy in white clothing. Poros itself iswell worth a visit especially the town which has a lovely harbour andplenty of good restaurants. For something different take a right turnout of the hotel and walk for 20 minutes to the Poros Image hotel agreat restaurant great food and very reasonable prices with beautifulviews to the Poros town and harbour. Closer to the Hotel take a leftturn and about 100 metrs is Spiros Restaurant which has good food and isgood value

Review 117：Very nice staff, helpful in every way. The host Kosta was a perfect hostthat took care of the day to day buisness. The hotel pool and the areaaround it was very nice, and the bar next to it supplied the basic stuffyou needed. 2 supermarkets close to the hotel. We loved the apartment(c9), excellent view overlooking the pool and the bay infront, andalmost no view into the balcony! Lovely. We likked that it wasn't inthe town itself, but a 15 min walk from it, perfect for us!
