Review 1：A very friendly, clean and well-run hotel. The pool in particular is lovely, and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. Only a short walk into Roda with lots of shops and tavernas.

Review 2：We made reservation for a family of four (two children girls 7 and 10, and two adults) at midnight. They kept us waiting for two hours saying that they didn't get the confirmation from booking.com. Then they said the room is not available and we have to buy two separate rooms by paying extra 20 euros. We went to bed at 2:30 am by paying the extra charge.

Review 4：At first the distance from the beach (15' walk with the kids) and the position on the main road but away from services except a small market may give a false bad feeling.

Review 5：The awesome friendliness and competence of the entire staff, the peaceful atmosphere by the pool, the smiles that were discreetly and constantly surrounding us made us feel like a big family.

Review 8：Very Friendly smiling staff, always helpful, Room and Pool/area kept very clean daily. Lovely pink flowers enclosing the large pool area and outside room. Close to bars but no noise heard from the room. Would like to thank the Lovely receptionists Sharka and Christina - First impression was a big welcome with a smile, The lovely Angel (Angeliky) who works hard at the pool bar and always smiling and walks around checking if you are ok or want anything, Kostas at the pool food bar does a great kebab, Chrisa on the late bar area always happy even when tired at 2am, and Chara that keeps the breakfast area very clean and tidy putting everything neatly back in place ready for the next person and a happy welcome every morning, and lastly behind the scenes the smiling Gardner Thanasis that also cleans the pool pre 7.15am every day and keeps great flowers all around and lastly the two ladies that kept my room clean and tidy every day Vera and Kula. --- a great set of staff with great smiling customer care skills - will def go back again.

Review 9：Only thing I can think is maybe a couple of different salads in the snack shack to get away from fries all the time

Review 10：From check in to check out every staff member had a big friendly smile and a willingness to make our stay amazing. The swimming pool was another huge bonus with plenty of lounges and umbrellas

Review 11：After 4 days of holiday air-conditioning suddently stopped (!). I asked the owner what happened, he kindly asked me to do the usual stuff in these conditions: are the doors closed? is the yellow led on? Are the fuses up? and so on... Honestly, he maked me look like a retard. After this, he calls me and tells asks if we came through agencies or booking and that the AC has an extra cost. Of course, booking on booking.com is with A.C. Anyway, unconfortable situation.

Review 20：breakfast from 7.30-9.30 is a little early. the coffee wasn't great. Choice a bit limited but adequate. We had breakfast out a few times as its not expensive. Sound proofing is not great and some guests were quite noisy slamming doors and talking loudly in the corridor early in the morning but everything else in the hotel makes up for this
