Review 1：Absolutely nothing to complain about.

Review 2：The apartments are ideal: spacious, spotlessly clean, very comfortable and very well decorated. You are most lucky if you get a room on the upper floor with the front sea view. Cleaning in the apartments is every day. All the furniture, amenities, linen and towels are brand new and of excellent quality. Teresa and all the personnel is very friendly and helpful - we do appreciate their hospitality and help.

Review 3：Amazingly comfortable, clean and nice facility with an extraordinary nice owner. You can see how Mrs. Teresa's small careful touches created a big difference. Every minute of our stay was just Joy. Teresa's House is now our only choice in Thasos.

Review 5：Very nice and clean apartment, friendly staff providing for a very hospitable atmosphere. Good location to explore the island of Thassos or just to hang out on the beach at Tarsanas bar which is just around the corner. We will definitely come back soon.

Review 13：That's one of the nicest hotels we have visited. Very cosy, right next to the beach, close to the noisy centre with all the restaurants. It's very clean and beds are really comfortable. Teresa is the kindest hostess ever! We definety will go back!

Review 14：Prepaid luxury family Suite differed from the pictures on the website: instead of sea view there was the view of the trash cans and parked cars; small kitchen; no dining area. Very strong audible from adjacent rooms, the balcony is the only place where there is a table with chairs and you can have dinner, but between the balconies are no walls and you sit with neighbors like at the other tables in the restaurant. Near the hotel a small crouded beach, at 8 a.m. all 40 beds are already occupied. The hotel is far from town with shops, taverns and bars, you have to go by car or to walk 30 minutes, it's uncomfortable. Предоплаченные семейный Люкс отличался от картинок на сайте: вместо вида на море был вид на мусорные баки и припаркованные автомобили; маленькая кухня; нет обеденной зоной. Очень сильная слышимость из соседних комнат, балкон-единственное место, где есть стол со стульями и можно поесть, но между балконами нет стен и ты сидишь с соседями, как за соседними столиками в ресторане. Рядом с отелем небольшой многолюдный пляж, в 8 утра все 40 лежаков уже заняты. Отель находится далеко от города с магазинами, тавернами и барами, вы должны ехать на машине или идти пешком 30 минут, это неудобно.

Review 15：We loved the island of Thassos and we were sorry that we didn't live near one of the beautiful beaches: Aliki, Astris, Kinyra, Golden beach, marble beach.... we tried to visit many of them.

Review 16：We stayed in what was advertised as Ground Floor but in reality was SemiBasement, with four steps down in front and about 7 steps down in theback. When all windows closed, normally when going out, and on returnalways was smell of mould in the room. It would go away when windowsopen. Also outside the small recessed balcony there was bad smell aswell from waste. We complained first when arrived that we reserved aground floor room but no luck. We requested to leave after first nighttrhough Booking.com and not pay penalty but owner refused. Seecomplained to owner and at the end they told us to complain to Bookingwhich we did. But got no satisfaction. Hence we stayed for 7 daysbecause we were trapped there! Value for money at the 'ground floorroom'=VERY very bad and not compassionate owner.

Review 25：Everything was amazing really. It is a family business and you can see they care about the quality. Close to the ferry terminal. Has parking places in front. The interior are designed very nicely, with attention to detail. Comfy beds. Fridge was big and the kitchen is fully equipped.

Review 29：The "beach" in front of the hotel is not what we expected from the picture: only 2 meters of sand from the parking areas wall (located between the hotel & the sea). To have a decent beach you have to go elsewhere.

Review 30：The facilites are brand new, well equipped& furnished, towels & sheets are of great quality. The studios are cleaned every morning (they even washed the dishes we had used). The neighborhood is quiet. The Italian owner, Teresa, is very attentive & helpful.

Review 31：Villa Teresa offered everything that they claimed in the booking offer. It is very quiet part of the city yet close to the city center. The accomodation was specious, clean and very modern. The sea and almost private beach are right in front of the Villa so make is perfect for small kids. Very nice touch was the complimetary welcome basket. The Management of Villa Teresa paid attention to e very small details and made our stay there perfect.

Review 35：This is in a good location near excellent beaches. The building is modern and very nicely decorated with air-conditioning. There's a good sized balcony. It's very clean and is cleaned everyday. We had a lovely welcome pack with tea/coffee, bread, honey, milk in the fridge etc. A very private and relaxing feel to it.

Review 62：Teresa's Luxury Appartments are new, modern-style appartments wich haves all the conforts. The position is fantastic, in front of the sea (just 15mt!) and 5min walk from the port and from the city center. Next to the villa there are beach bars, restaurants and also close to supermarkerts. Quiet and clean whih polite staff and owners that will help and give you the informations you require. I will visit it again for sure!
