Review 1：The hot water system provided only tepid water in the apartment during our two-night stay. The boiler engineer was called out twice to no effect.

Review 3：Very expensive. Dinner was a rip off not worth the price even that the athmosphere outside is unique. If you have a lot of money try it once if they do it outside on good weather.

Review 6：The wonderful location offers a special panorama. The rooms are spacious, comfortable as decorated with minimal and stylish design. The staff behaviour is truly kind and never invasive. You will find here a relaxing and romantic atmosphere, especially at dinner time in the garden. We really enjoyed our two nights stay, have met other lovely guests so we are very happy on having found Villa Annette in Booking.com Also, they produce their own oil and wine that we tasted with dinner and have decided to bring some home.

Review 18：Our suite was beautiful,very modern decor,clean, roomy with beautiful view across the bay. Lovely quite spot, with a good swimming pool. Breakfast was very good, with a great choice. Staff are very attentive.

Review 19：The shower was a disaster, hard to use and flooded the bathroom. Breakfast was indoors in a dark room with no external windows and not taken in the garden. Everytime we went to the bar or reception we had to wait for someone to come.There was no iron provided in the room and, although they did lend me one, they were reluctant to do so. No pots and pans for use on the hob provided. They charge for pool towels and do not allow you to use your own.

Review 20：The location was good with great views across Rabac bay. The apartment was spacious with a large balcony. There was a nice pool that was never busy. The restaurant was well located. They went to a lot of trouble to provide for our specific dietary requirements. The staff was friendly. The bed was comfy and the hotel was peaceful.

Review 42：The "suites" are like mini apartments which would be great, if theyactually furnished the kitchenette to a standard with which you couldcook. We were only there for a few days so cooking was not planned,however if you were staying for longer, note the kitchen only offers, 2spoons, 2 bowls and some tea cups and wine glasses. You would have tobring your own cookware. The only flaw with breakfast is the fruitjuices which are made from sugary concentrate. Not what you would expectin a hotel which prides itself on quality and good food. Rabac itself issmall and very over populated thanks to the tourist resorts there (whichlook like Butlins or some other form of holiday camp). However, it is agood location for exploring the southern tip of Istria. As others havementioned, the hotel charges a few euros for use of loungers and towelsat the pool. Surely at the price being paid for the pool they could justadd a few euros to the room rate as it seems crass to chargeadditionally for such facilities in a 4 star hotel. They could alsoencourage hotel guests to shower before using the pool! WiFi only workedin reception or in one corner of the pool area.

Review 43：The view from the hotel is stunning. The hotel staff, especially Denniswere exceptionally helpful and friendly. The hotel breakfast is goodwith fresh egg dishes on offer and lots of fruit. The balcony isspacious and has a great view of the bay. The pool is clean and thereare plenty of loungers. Lunch pool side is also very pleasant and thereis a good lunch menu. Dinner was excellent and fairly priced. Specialswith seasonal specialities such as summer truffles and chanterelles wereexcellent and the kitchen is creative and willing to accommodate. Thegarden in which dinner is served is pleasant and the pagoda at the backis a superb location to sit, ask to reserve that if you can. The hotel'sown olive oil is excellent and they encourage you to taste it atmealtimes. The beds are comfortable and the ac is very efficient. All inall, a great hotel with exceptionally nice staff and superb views.

Review 44：We felt that this villa has been set up for a 5* holiday, but that is not the case. It is a double feeling: for a B&B it is superb but to expensive, for a 'Villa' it is to expensive and not up to the highest standards (kitchen, bed, breakfast, etc)

Review 48：When we arrived, we surprised the fellow at the registration desk. Heclearly did not expect us...or anyone. I presented him with my copy ofthe hotel confirmation and after calling around he located ourreservation. It was a truly surreal experience being the only people inthis overly designed rather stark modernist hotel. The desk attendantassured us we could have dinner at the hotel...although, no one else wasthere. Since the hotel was some distance from the city of Rabac and theweather was cold and rainy, we decided to take him at his word. Rathersurprisingly, it a was very good meal...creative presentation andexcellent food. All in all it seemed that the hotel was not yet open forthe season and that our booking had been a mistake. However, the staffrose to the occasion and made us as comfortable as possible.
