Reviews for White Hart Hotel

Review 1:Just one thing was a little annoying. I had requested a vegetarian breakfast for my partner, but in the morning she was told that they might not have such, and that we should have requested it. The situation was resolved, and the lady serving was eventually apologetic realising that I actually had done through the Booking website. However, I was left thinking there's not much point in filling in the 'requests' box if it's not read by anyone.

Review 2:Great location, excellent food and bar, and essential car park to the rear. We were given a free room upgrade to the Stag room because being a wet December Monday, not many guests were staying. Lovely room with a view of the square, creaky floorboards and no straight walls plus a stand-alone bath in the corner! Just as it should be in an old inn like this. (there is also an en-suite with modern shower etc.) The staff, especially those on the afternoon/evening time were friendly and helpful, and were happy to have a chat despite being very busy.

Review 3:I love quirky coaching inns and have stayed in many but the room was in need of improvement to the decor and a little soundproofing is required from the adjoining room

Review 4:Brilliant food

Review 5:Arrived at the hotel to a cold room. Looked like no-one had been in it for weeks. Room was incredibly close to the bar which was very noisy up until around midnight with people shouting and watching videos. Had to ring to complain just before midnight to get the noise to stop.

Review 6:Location of the pub/hotel

Review 7:Our room did not possess a chest of drawers for clothes that would not normally be hung up in a wardrobe.Alfso there was not enough storage room for our normal toiletries in the bathroom.

Review 8:Although the staff were quite young they were friendly and efficient

Review 9:Mattress very uncomfortable, suggest a topper! Shower poor flow.
