Condo Hotel Dendrolivano sells fast on our site. Surrounded by flowers 800 feet from Spasmata Beach in Menies, Dendrolivano features a pool and a traditional cafe. It offers free bicycles and apartments with free Wi-Fi and balcony or patio overlooking the lush garden or the Ionian Sea.
Featuring earthy colors, the air-conditioned apartments at the Dendrolivano have a kitchenette with stove, fridge and dining area. A satellite TV and private bathroom with hairdryer and free toiletries is included.

Review 1：The bathroom is a bit small and the shower curtain sticks on you while having shower.But this is so common in Greece even at 4star hotels.
Review 2：Stella is a great cook ,everyday you receive very delicious breakfast(one salty one sweety)in a lovely basket to your room.Labros is very friendly and you can learn everything about the island.Free wifi, lovely green garden with a pool and hammocks.Rooms are very clean.The hotel is located in a quite area but very close to the centre(3.5 km from Lassi,4.5 km from Argostolion) .I recommend eveybody to have at least one dinner at the hotel especially if it is a BBQ day.We will definetly stay here when we come again.

Review 4：Wonderful people - the best greeting we had in three weeks and 8 hotels - it made us feel like we were in Greece not just a place that could be anywhere in the world. Great pool, a couple of decent beaches in walking distance (keep walking past the first one as the others are much nicer). Rooms are well kitted out and spacious.
Review 5：Close to the airport (noise from planes can be frustrating), breakfast was brought to the room on a time window from 8.30 - 9.00 (waking up necessarily all visitors), road to the studios was a bit narrow and needed extra caution (especially at night).

Review 7：They didn't have an actual reception area to check in- was awkward being told to sit down and given some tastes of sweets and water by the husband who didn't speak any English and then waited 15 minutes for someone else to come by to assist us with our room and get us settled in. Daughter was only one who spoke good English. Couldn't get our basket in the morning delivered at another time than stated (we were going to St. Gerasimos for the festival and had to leave early before breakfast service and not arrive back until noon). However they did leave a basket with breads and cold fried eggs for us upon our return. Best part was her homemade marmalade. Too bad as it would've been nice to have had a few things to eat before leaving early morning. Next day we had a very early flight so couldn't partake on breakfast basket 2nd day. Air conditioning in the rooms were a bit tricky, shower was very narrow and awkward and needed to change moldy shower curtain. Again not happy to have to make our own beds upon arrival (need to update mattresses on the beds) and not get fresh towels daily unless we asked (peak heat in August means a cool shower daily). Location was odd - felt like we were driving down alleyways to get to Dendrolivano. If you didn't have gps you be caught in quite a maze of little streets. Not close to any tavernas or the beach -- required a ride in the car to anywhere we wanted to go. Not what I expected when I booked this place.
Review 8：Stella and her family were delightful and welcoming upon arrival (though check in was a bit awkward when arriving early). We enjoyed the beautiful grounds -gardens, pool, lots of shade trees, the bar to get drinks and some food, and the nice barbeque they had the evening we decided to stay there and have dinner. Room was 2 bedrooms and had a queen size bed (not always common in Greece) and some good cable stations. Close to airport and very nice beach (Paradise Cove) which wasn't too busy considering we were there during peak tourist time in August (August 15). Fair price for the accomodations and being served breakfast.
Review 9：All staff very friendly, helpful & welcoming, from the moment collected from airport through to our departure. Enjoyed the breakfast baskets. Stella's food is fresh, tasty & superb, as are BBQ nights. Lovely relaxed evenings dining near the pool. Hire car recommended to explore beautiful Island. (Stella can recommend)
Review 10：The owners and their staff were friendly. Very helpful and welcoming. The location was perfect, we rented a car for a few days and used the bikes the other...the beach is very close to the hotel either by foot or bike. Stella's food was amazing, loved the bbq on Saturday night. The room was perfect, clean and the AC worked very well. Highly recommend staying here and plan to visit them again soon!

Review 18：Very beautiful place with a lot of trees and flowers, good swimming pool, everything is clean and shining. Stella and Labros met us as dear guests with smile and tasty sweets. We stayed in the big light room with all convinience. In the morning we had breakfast which was served to our balcony in the basket. We felt if it was our honeymoon:) Thanks a lot!

Review 28：Warm welcome when we arrived in the dark. We stayed in the bungalow which was comfortable and spacious for the two of us. Pleasant location and proximity to airport (noise) not a problem. After breakfast we walked to the nearby beach (Spasmata).

Review 30：We know the island very well, and chose here for its central position to everywhere we wanted it go. We loved the ambience and laid back atmosphere. Very helpful staff and owners. Ask for anything not in the room and they will get it for you if possible. Comfortable beds, very clean rooms, cleaned every day. Bed linen and towels changed regularly. Spasmata and Sabbia beaches an easy walk, even in the heat. One of the main reasons for us going to Minia. Wi-Fi in rooms essential for us as we needed it for business and were not let down. Breakfast delivered every morning at 8.30. Major supermarkets easily reached, Carrefour is the best, but lots in Argostoli. Had a lovely holiday and will be back next year.

Review 33：Bit off the beaten track Car needed without a doubt Cutlery was a bit like it had been bought at a car boot sale. After reading rave reviews before we went, about the breakfast basket, was somewhat disappointed by the content and quantity. Breakfast always had to be subsidised.

Review 35：We just stayed for one night but we still think is was amazing. Labros and Stella, the owners welcomed us on a great way, serving some traditional and homemade jams. I found this experience great, since I had the chance to try something new and different. The rooms were extremely clean and highly cared, giving attention to the detail. We tried that night's menu which was absolutely great. We took zucchini balls and siora Stella's musaka, green salad and fried cheese and everything was lovely. The free pick up service from the airport is really useful as well! We will definitely come back!!

Review 39：If you go to Kefalonia this is the place to be! My partner and I are frequent travellers and have never experienced such outstanding quality for such a friendly price. Apartments VERY clean, owners and Jerry VERY kind and helpful. We loved the relaxed atmosphere and Stella's daily home made cooking was the best we had in Greece! Thank you Stella, Lavros and Jerry for a wonderful time at Dendrolivano.
Review 40：Nothing to drink to the breakfast apart from coffee and tea, would have been great to get some juice or something. Also we were not able to get a late check out from the room.

Review 42：-No wi-fi in the room -Breakfast was hot and fresh but really poor (in quantity) without juice or milk but only tea or instant coffee (that you must prepare).This breakfast is not suitable for its price.We are paid room with included breakfast and we had one basket with two mini croissants and the half piece of pie per person !! -They do not replace the supposed free offered shampoo and shower gel (also there is no soap). They gave us only 1 of them per person for the during of our accommodation (4 days!!!!) and they said that they did not replaced them (I was really disappointed with this detail) . -They do not replace towels and sheets (for 4 days!!!) and they said as excuse that we left late from our room (we were leaving our room every morning until 11:00-12.00) -The shower small and uncomfortable. -It had too many mosquitoes -take the necessary because we were sleeping with closed windows...and again we had "guests" !!!
Review 43：We are stayed 4 days.Hotel and garden looks great with olive trees and swimming pool. It is locaded very close to beaches of Minies and exactly behind airport corridor.Owners were friendly and they served us welcome handmade sweets. Our room is big and simple with balcony, with all kitchen facilities, refrigerator even though dish washing liquid and sponge!! It had also a little TV, air condition, hair drier and free parking . Probably ideal for families (with "small" children).
Review 44：The one and only negative, which I am really sad to be writing as I really was fond of the place, is the dogs. They have 2 dogs which live in a cage on the complex. They do look after the dogs but they are not too friendly. They barked and howled every night. Some nights worse than others but this kept waking my partner and I up throughout the night and was quite annoying. The kids were fine, they slept through it. We were quite close to them so it might be different if you were futher away on the complex. Its such a shame as I would love to return but the lack of sleep with barking dogs has spoilt that.
Review 45：Dendrolivano is a special place. The family that run the complex and very warm, welcoming and relaxed. They will help you as much as they can. They serve very good home cooked food. The breakfast basket is served every morning and has a different suprise every day. The pool and bar is perfect. The local beach is amazing. The complex is is a quiet area, which is lovely and has access the the busier resort of Lassi 10 minutes drive away.
Review 46：Really exceptional place. We stayed along with three kids for almost three weeks and enjoyed every second. Very friendly owners, make you feel like home. Peaceful and nice green environment allows you to rest entirely. Great location although it seems that place on the south of Cephalonia is not central positioned, but in fact it is. Most places you want to see is not far away, not more than half an hour drive and very nice beaches are not more than 10 minutes away. Place for sincerely recommendation.

Review 48：Stella, Vera and Vassa (& guy behind bar whose name I have forgotten) could not have been friendlier and went out of their way to welcome guests, attend to every need, offer advice and tips about the island and make you feel at home. Stella's cooking is amazing - best food on the island. She is constantly conjuring up mouth watering delights, including home made cakes and biscuits and delicious pancakes at breakfast and great homemade dinners. The setting is very tranquil, despite the few planes. Lovely large enclosed garden, flowers, pool and loved the pet dogs. Apartment very comfortable and well kitted out. Made you feel like old friends and would definitely go back just for that. Liked the bar too.

We will definitely stay here again if we return to Kephalonia.
Review 72：The hotel is very close to the airport and although we stayed in the lieseason the airplane noise was loud, the owners have a lovely andfriendly dog that liked to bark a lot at night and woke us a number oftimes. Although it states that the hotel accepts credit and debit cardsthis is not the case so when I came to paying the bill we had to go to abank to withdraw cash to pay our bill.

Review 74：It was a pleasure staying at Dendrolivano! We never experienced in Greece such a beautiful welcome . The staying is very near of a wonderful beach, the breakfast is amazing and we took almost every night the dinner there and the food was traditionale , very delicious, greek courses all made by them. The rooms are very clean, very beautiful designed and the rustic sence it makes the place a piece of heaven. The people are very warm and they make everything for you to relax and have a good time. Another plus is that the garden is very beautiful and the whenever you want to drink a good coffee on your balcon you have an amazing landview.10++!
