Review 1：Even though I deliberately chose to pay at the hotel at time of stay, I learned that the hotel charged my credit card for half the price before I arrived without notifying me. This is unacceptable. Bathroom is old, needs renovation. No wifi in the room.
Review 2：The hotel is very close to the beach and the tavernas. The rooms are big with very big balconies overlooking the sea.
Review 3：No wifi in the rooms, only in lobby where the staff doesn't turn in the a/c. Staff wasn't overly helpful or accommodating. While the hotel seemed fairly empty, they didn't have a room available for a full bed, and the twins were on the shorter side. Room also only had half of the light fixtures working and no toiletries except for toilet paper.
Review 4：The location was right for me. Karfas in general is a great, sleepy village just north of Chios, which is a backpacker, busy port city. Good restaurants nearby and all the cool cities are about a 45 min drive.
Review 5：Bed was too short. I am 1.80 meter / 6 ft 10 inch. Corridor noise very high with echo.
Review 6：Decent breakfast for a 3 star. Location to the beach and strip is excellent, about 2 minute walk. Did not use the pool. Bathroom was decent for a 3 star. TV had local channels only.
Review 7：the hotel is a little old and worn out but everything is working fine. The hotel is not by the beach it is only 3 min on foot though. wifi only in lobby but not in rooms. I never use the pool when ı have the sea but the pool and the shower are in the pool side looks dirty. They should open the gate from pool to the beach so you do not have to go around from the street but you have access from hotel directly to beach which is 50m only
Review 8：The personel is very helpful and kind. They let us for a free late check out which helped alot to spent the last hours in the sea and still had the chance to have shower and change in the room. Breakfast is very much ok for us for a 3* .
Review 9：No WIFI in room, only in lobby. One switch plug in 2 person room. Hotel is not in city center, it is in the Karfas beach side.

Review 11：I only know cyclades and this island is harder work. No touts with accomodation you have to book ahead and transport is an issue unless you drive. It involves taking taxis if you arrive in the ferries and the taxi that the hotel booked for me ended up ripping me off If the owner of the sunset is reading this don't use this taxi service anymore for your guests . The driver is a gangster but all in all I would definitely recommend sunset
Review 12：This is a really nice hotel but seems to be badly hit by the crisis in greece. It is a real shame because staying there was really sweet even though I was often alone. Room great and breakfast good don't mind the grumpy guy at desk the girls were very friendly I hate to see a good business like this go to waste location just beside beach and restaurants good base to see island or just sit by beach. Pool isn't being used because there are so few tourists around but beach us at your doorstep. This hotel should be full and it is good value for money. I don't understand it

Review 25：Hotel is old and needs renovation. It says 4 stars but it look like only 3 stars. We had two rooms and both of the showers was broken. There is no where to put shower to the wall. So you had to hold shower with your one hand and you had to wash with your other hand. That was very annoying. Lack of personel. Pool was dirty and only cleaned at weekend. Very far away city center, you need a car to go there.
Review 26：The owners were very kind and helpfull, they try to answer every kind of a question. Hotel is just 40 meters away from the Karfas Beach. Rooms were clean and breakfast was moderate. Parking space available.
