Review 1：Staff were great. Room very comfortable and well equipped. Bed was the best. Pleasantly surprised our rooms were serviced daily. Great location close to Stockland shops and other boutique stores. Plenty Cafe's and Restaurants to choose from nearby. The beach 3min walk. Great view of the pool and spa which we used on the occasion.

Review 2：I'm not complaining, but it only had one washing machine and drier for the entire complex.

Review 3：I stayed in a studio room - it suited our purpose. Good location, very clean facilities. Easy access in and out of undercover car park.

Review 4：We were disappointed that our towels weren't replaced every other day and we were told that we needed to wash them ourselves, whilst that was easy because we had the washing machine and dryer, it still took time out of our day.

Review 6：- Overall cleaniness was average: old potato chips in between the sofa cushions, greasy kettle, etc - The rooms are a bit darker and older than in the pictures shown on the website - There was not a lot of service, which is understandable coming from a motel. However, we didn't realize it was a motel till we arrived - Agree with some of the previous customers: the lounge room furniture was quite uncomfortable

Review 7：- Location is excellent, minutes walk to the beach and restaurants - The room was spacious - View from the room was also nice: we can see the ocean - The room comes with a complete kitchen - The motel offers flexibility of adding a bed, etc - Big veranda (however, you and your neighbors can see into each other's rooms)

Review 12：The lounge room had very very uncomfortable furniture. There was only a very small 2 person sofa (might have been a 1.5 person one) and 2 faux susde covered dining chairs. There was bad weather and the cricket was on but it was so uncomfortable to sit and watch it. I contacted management but because the units are privately owned they had no authority or responsibility for the comfort or furniture. We were in room 309.

The decor was stylish and comfortable the views were great we could see from golden beach to the ocean and also the main streets . Everything was in walking distance. And the price was awesome .We loved it so Much we extended our stay.

Review 32："Extra costs" for everything - a 2nd towel per day, making 1 local phone call, wifi free* but at $10 a day after 2hrs?! This is why the rooms are expensive - should cater for this. POOL VIEW rooms/apartment doors are directly opposite (by 1 metre) to your neighbour, so you're a slave to their schedule. If they wake at 6am, you will wake at 6am as doors/windows don't block out sound Guests should be spread out for maximum comfort, as otherwise its a fancy backpackers inn..

Review 42：I asked for a quiet room as I was recuperating from recent surgery and the studio was just perfect! Located away from the main street with pool view, the most quiet aircondition and fridge ever, no noisy neighbours or road. The decor was modern, the studio was clean and the overall experience was excellent! Location is right in Town Centre, so close to beaches with lovely walkways and restaurants! Free parking was a bonus, too! Staff was friendly as well. I am a fussy customer and although I was in pain, I appreciated everything about this place!

Review 46：Perfect location close to everything but slightly back from busy street so nice and quiet. Pool, spa and sauna were lovely as was the roof top BBQ area which offers beautiful views. Room was large, comfy and had a lovely balcony with partial ocean views which was a perfect way to start the day. Staff were lovely and helpful.

Review 49：OVR is handily located to restaurants, shops and the boardwalk Walking distance to Coles and Woolies supermarkets. We only drove the car out once in the entire stay. We were upgraded to an ocean view on level 5 without even asking. And the upstairs BBQ facilities are a great place to relax and have a bite with a glass of red and enjoy the view.

Two people were supposed to survive the week on two roles of toilet paper, if extra was needed, it was $1 per role. Also we were given a tiny shampoo and conditioner to use between the two of us for the week, which again if we ran out, it would be $1 each in our expense.

We arrived at 12 to be told the room wasn't clean yet but that they would text us when it was. We returned at 2.30 and cleaner was still cleaning when we were told it was ready. No explanation offered by staff.

Review 94：OVR was central to everything we needed and wanted eg restaurants, shops, ATMs and the beach. Our room had a beautiful beach view and was modern and spacious. Staff were friendly and the facilities like the pool, gym and rooftop BBQ area were clean and well maintained. Overall we had a great time and not only would we like to return in the future but we will highly recommend OVR to others.

Review 95：3 minor faults, but would not stop me coming back, virtually no pressure in water taps in kitchen(bathroom fine),could do with a sink plug each for bath and bathroom sink, and a larger TV would make viewing easier. Room 305

Only a short drive to Steve Irwins Australia Zoo. Jennifer at reception was professional, welcoming and assisted with all our enquiries. We have a Toyota Hilux and easily fit into our car park space with no issues. Will definitely stay here again. Absolutely awesome place.
