ElisabethHotel Premium Private Retreat sells fast on our site. Situated in the centre of Mayrhofen, the newly renovated adult-only ElisabethHotel Premium Private Retreat is a 5-minute walk from the Zillertal 3000 Ski Area. The 1,400 m² spa area includes a sauna, steam bath, and 50 feet indoor pool.
The rooms are decorated in modern and elegant Tyrolean style and feature a balcony, a flat-screen TV, a seating area, and a spacious bathroom with bathtub or shower. Slippers and bathrobes are also provided.
The ElisabethHotel has a bar with an open fireplace and a restaurant serving local specialities. Buffets and candle-lit dinners with piano music are organised every week. A 5-course menu with salad buffet and a variety of cheese, as well as an afternoon snack are available.
Guests can relax on the sun terrace and choose from a selection of beauty treatments. A fitness centre is also on site.

Review 1：The view ( parking lot, building site or petrol station) The staff is ok but not very personal, the hotel lacks the typical austrianfamily hospitality. No welcome drink at christmas eve, no christmas wishes, no gift , just a more extensive dinner; all in all not creating a christmas atmosphere

Review 3：We loved everything about our stay at The Elisabeth Hotel. The initial appeal was that it was child free. We had a suite which was fantastic. High quality fittings, comfy bed and lots of space, luxurious and contemporary. The balcony on 2 sides was nice to sit out on an evening although being in town, the foreground view is urban. We booked half board which is unusual for us and did not regret it. The dinner each evening offered lots of choice and the food was excellently prepared and served to your table . Breakfast is a a buffet with lots of choice and a chef on hand for special orders. The staff were very well trained and came across as naturally friendly and relaxed. Nothing was too much trouble for them. A real bonus is the spa area which has a good sizes pool which with no children was perfect for swimming lengths. There are several steam rooms , saunas, chill areas etc and you can sit outside on a deck garden area to catch the suns rays between swims. My wife had a massage which she said was very good and fair value. Overall one of the best hotels we have stayed at in Europe and we want to return some time.

Review 4：The bath robes were not clean. There were dye marks on the collar. No complimentary water in the room. The sauna had no aroma and the shower floor slipery. The buffet area was like a 2 star compared to the rest of it.

Review 8：The only small minus was the lack of מon-translucent drapes. We had to be creative in darkening our room at night.

Review 9：We stayed in the hotel for 7 days which were a continuous feast. A different dinner is offered every night and we enjoyed each and every one of them. The hotel was refurbished and we enjoyed the fantastic spa area, beautifully designed. Everyone in the hotel was very welcoming and friendly.

Review 12：- Staff is not very welcoming and sometimes unfriendly (reception and restaurant) - self-service during breakfast, you even have to queue up for coffee from a machine. - Sauna only after 3 pm. Even on a rainy day the staff wasn't willing to switch it on earlier than 2pm. - No towelservice in the poolarea. - No stocked minibar. If you want it stocked, you have to pay in Advance. - no mineral water in the room.

Review 16：The facilities in the hotel are great, but the service should be improved-at the reception and also at the restaurant. The breakfast is fine, but not quite big variety.

Review 17：The hotel is brand new renovated in modern Tirolean style. Even we were staying in regular double room, it is quite big and comfortable, with huge bed, fantastic bathroom and also perfect wi-fi in the room, which is rare in other hotels. The common areas are also specious, nice furnished and cosy. The spa centre is fantastic-all very clean, new and modern. Good food, nice five course menu dinner.

Review 19：As in the headline, the interior design in the new wing is excellent. Bold modern and nice to look at. Also the wellness facilities are very good. The first whirlpool which is suited for a larger number of guest. Really well done. Also the service is very good. Everyone was helpful and forthcoming.

Review 23：Spacious rooms with new and modern furniture and decoration. Location excellent – ski bus station opposite the hotel entrance, walking distance to the Hauptsrasse, the Penkenbahn lift station, to the Bahnhof . . They provided free afternoon buffet which is very helpful when coming back from ski or excursion. The staff- friendly with a motivation to assist but part of them without enough knowledge.

Review 24：Not a lot! I found the room a little hot for sleeping and the air con didn't seem to drop down very far. Last call for dinner is a little early at 8 pm, although you can be a bit late and they will accommodate you. (And breakfast is served until a very civilised 11am.)

Review 25：The recent upgrade of the hotel has been fabulous and is a great mix of traditional Tyrolean and modern. The new spa is very good. The staff are very helpful and kind and although the hotel is now much larger it doesn't feel impersonal or crowded. The food is great and always of a high standard. It is quite a sedate hotel which suited us on the whole, but the bar is quite quiet in the evenings. If you want a lively atmosphere then you'll have to go out for it.

Review 28：The staff and service is beyond anything I have ever experienced. They go out of their way to make your stay as you like it. I'm still in a slight state of shock how huge of an effort they made for me and my family. I have a dog and as they have strict rules that dogs can't be in the dining area they made an area for us in a separate part. Isn't that incredible?! I would love to go back and will be jealous of anyone going to stay there. Thank you Elisabeth Hotel for a vacation that will stick in my memory forever.

Review 30：Everything about the hotel was spectacular, from the amazing breakfast and dinner selections and quality to the relaxing, modern and super clean wellness and pool area. The bedrooms are quite with one of the most comfortable beds ever slept in! It's just around the corner from the main street so little noise and very close to the chair lifts. We will be back and bring more friends again.

They welcomed us with complimantery drinks, gave us the option to choose a bigger room because the one we booked was not available and before leaving they gave us a delicious chocolate cake as a good bye treat. The room was clean ad tidy, sheets and towels are too.
