The Cycladic –style Niriides is centrally located in Koufonisia, 500 feet from Ammos Beach. It features elegant studios with free Wi-Fi and balcony with side views of the Aegean Sea or the courtyard. Guests are offered free 2-way transfer from the port.
Featuring light colours, all the air-conditioned studios at the Niriides have a kitchenette with a cooking hob, fridge and coffee maker. Each comes with a seating area and LCD satellite TV. The modern bathrooms come with a hairdryer and toiletries.

Review 1：Niriides is a great place to stay, close to the main street in town and easy to get to beaches. The owners are very nice, they picked us up and brought us to the ferry, even let us shower after we checked out and spent the day at beach.

Review 3：Everything about the accommodation. It was beautiful. The best we have had in Greece in the last 42 years! Good location in tranquil setting. Would definitely stay there again.
Review 4：Our only problem was that the shower head was defective and it sprayed water everywhere, making the bathroom floor a small lake for several hours. Other than that, the bathroom was perfect and everything was great in general.
Review 5：Contrary to most rented apartments, the cleaning stuff came by every day to clean the room, change towels etc, that was great! The hotel was very quiet and the apartment was very clean, spacious and in great taste, with new furniture and bathroom fittings. The balcony was large and had enough privacy. I totally recommend this place. Great amenities in a very reasonable price.
Review 6：Two minor drawbacks : - the kitchenware does not allow you to do your own cooking in the studio. This probably is done on purpose so you go out to local restaurants for dinner ...! - the wifi has been working on and off which was not a huge handicap but annoying at times ..
Review 7：We spent 3 nights at Niriides studios and it has been the best experience we ever had in the Cyclades ! The studio is absolutely fantastic, very nicely furnished and very comfortable. The room is done every day along with changing of all the towels. The owner is particularly friendly and helpful. All in all a great experience and a great value for money. Strongly rcommended !

Review 19：The rooms at the niriides are spacious, modern and spotlessly clean. The location is very good, quiet yet within a couple of minutes walk of tavernas, etc. There is a kitchenette area allowing you to make drinks and breakfast/prepare salads. We would have liked to have more cooking facilities and a couple of saucepans but that's a personal preference.

Review 21：No wifi connection in rooms further away from owners house. Reception is never open so if you do have any queries/concerns it's difficult to speak to anyone unless you go searching for the owner - these two points certainly don't detract from the quality of the rooms.
