Review 1：We were given an annex room after a confusion with our booking. The room was clean but a bit dated and the layout was cramped. We looked out onto the parking area which was also a bit noisy. I therefore think the price we paid was a bit steep.

Review 13：Furnishings were clean and comfortable. The overall impression however was that it needs updating especially decoration. We have stayed in many B&B's at 4* and are usually offered free tea and cakes/biscuits on arrival - however, here there is a price list pinned up so not very welcoming.
