Review 1：Yes, bathroom is small. But is this really problem? In Greek Islands with this price all hotels have small bathrooms.
Review 2：Performance price ratio is very high. This is our second time. Nice balcony Aegean view with 2nd floor. You can cook your breakfast or dinner. Very near to beach. Nothing luxus; but everything is adequate: safe, clean, nice sea view, great location arriving by bus from Chios center. Karfas beach is very nice for families with children.

Review 4：Location is very good, close to beach and restaurants around. There is a market and bakery close by for breakfast shopping. The room was spacious but bathroom is small. There are no cabins for the bath but a curtain which makes everywhere wet. We had a nice balcony with a little sea view. It was nice to sit at the balcony but for breakfast you should stay inside because sun comes directly on you.

Review 9：One of The most comfortable places I've been visited by now. The couple who run The hotel and take care of everything as The only staff were adorable and caring. Location was really good if you take the tooms on front you can see the sea which is only 2 minutes away by foot. It was very comfortable and felt like home comfy.
Review 10：There is kitchen in every room, and the rooms are very large and clean. Also, some rooms have great sea view. Parking is not a problem. Staff is very helpful.
Review 11：Yes, bathroom is a bit small but when you wont get shower 2 person at same time, it is not a problem. Friday nights there is Greek night at the opposite 4star hotel, there was a bit loud. But the location is wide from tavernas or bars and has no noise.
Review 12：It is well located in center of Karfas. We had one bedroom, one room for child and one kitchenette, like an apartment. Seaview to Cesme is fabulous at the front balcony of room. Bus station is opposite to hotel and ticket to Chios is 1.5 Euro. There are 2 markets nearby you can buy food and drink. We cooked our meal and made breakfast easily. It was very very clean and daily cleaned. Linens were as white as milk. Has air-conditioner. Sea is about 200m walk away with a sandy beach and crystal clear water. Karfas is the best place to stay for beach and other facilities. Hotel is highly recommended, if you are not a luxury fun. Efharisto Petro!

There was no wi-fi at Oceania hotel when I stayed there in July 2013. -- The hotel does not have a good location, as sea view is blocked by several other hotels. -- Roof terrace without furniture. -- Very cramped bathroom. Too little space between sink and toilet. -- Fridge noisy. -- Very hard mattrass. -- Staff not friendly.
