Review 1：The employees should be more particular. They should use their spartime (if we can call it like this) to something instaed of watching their cellphone. We often tought to bother them when we needed something. Nevertheless, their are very friendly.

Review 9：Not sure where 8.5 score comes from. Food disappointing - old lettuce, browning, does not offer much hope. Spa - I had to wait 27 hours after arrival for a massage appointment. Not because they were busy, but no-one was there. Spa facilities - ok, but to sit outside in morose concrete area with not table, chairs, was miserable. Not drink or food available. I absolutely regret booking here - was supposed to be a romantic break with the wife. We were at the Andrassy Wine and Spa for two nights. It has a lower score than here. That is difficult to explain.

Review 13：The hotel is easy to find, right at the city's north entrance (Nyíregyháza-Észak), right at the city name signpost. Families with children, or without, you can find interesting things. Has a play-room at the restaurant for all ages of children and also a nice wood-made playground outside. The hotel has it's own horse farm, tennis court and the wellness. The wellness is extraordinary with a lot of things, clear water, jakuzzi, pool for children, dry and wet sauna, solarium, and a cool experience shower with fog and rainforest experience with light and sounds and cold rain, I really liked it. The restaurant is nice, flexible, you can have any personalized food, the staff is very kind and flexible. The hotel is very close to the aquapark and the famous zoo park, which is full-day place to visit.
