Review 15：The hotel is well equipped and staff good-humored. Is also close to city centre so you can find what every you want and be able to visit somewhere. The room was verry clean and bathroom similar too. Consequently, I like it

Review 16：The balcony door had no locks or door handles but did slide open. The bathroom was tiny, over half the space was taken up with the shower, and some of the fittings although new were poor quality. The toilet roll holder was made of a metal about the consistency of Aluminium foil and will never hold a toilet roll. The breakfast room fittings were new and comfortable but not fit for this purpose. The chairs do not fit under the tables. They advertise a restaurant --- maybe finished in a few months. There is no sound proofing, you here everything happening in the passageways and the carpark downstairs when the disco finishes.

Review 17：Staff were great once engaged. One staff member was particularly friendly. When we asked for the business centre which they advertised she let us use the reception computer to print a booking advice. Fantastic shower, one of the best I have had in a hotel.

Review 23：The location is less than perfect - in the middle of the constructionzone and a walking distance from the beach. The staff is poorly trained.They tried to charge for the minibar items that we didn't use. Theyalso lack in language skills (a drawback for a lot of their customerswho don't speak their native tongue)

Review 25：The hotel is very new, so it has some problems. The wi-fi was not working at night. We called them to fix it, the were eager to fix it but in the end they could not. The place around the hotel is under construction and in the middle of the residential buildings which gives you the impression that not actually resting but living here like locals.

Review 27：Extremely bad location, to get to the beach You need to pass by some ugly buildings and a small stinky "river" what makes a really bad impression, a lot ofconstruction works nearby, on top of that far from city center around 3-4km

Review 29：There is no restaurant in the hotel - just breakfast. The location is poor - at the outskirt of the city. There is no restaurants or walking places around hotel - you'll need taxi. WiFi wasn't working. At noght you can hear frogs and dog's barking even with closed windows. The hotel is 10 minutes walk from Black Sea, however you'll need to walk by very uncomfortable road and land at the beach which has no service at all.

Review 30：The hotel is brand new one - just started operations this year. All facilities are new and very good quality. Rooms are clean, shower room is big. Staff is very helpful and provides good service. Breakfast is good.

Review 31：- Access by public transport impossible - No indication of the hotel anywhere although it's in a small side street on a non asphalt street - NO WIFI!!! - Impossible to call abroad - TV not working well - Staff unprofessionnal, slow and unorganised - Access to sea side not so easy as it looks - Staff tried to enter in our room several times while we were in. - Room service was not made and they rang at our door at 10pm to ask if we wanted the room service! - Staff eating in restaurant before the end of the service

The breakfast was delicious and the view from the balcony of the room was fantastic. The hotel rooms are what I would expect of a 4 star hotel in the US at a fraction of the price.
