Review 1：when i made my reservation thru booking.com, i specially requested baby bad for 2 years old child, there was no when we arrived. i requested lower floor because baby troley, they gave to me the toppest floor. the elevator worked only few hours and than stoped working, during two days the technician didnt come to fix it. i stayed in the room 2 adult and three children at ages of 11, 8, 2, i was sure that i will pay 120 euro per night but i was charged by 135 euro per night. since few years i was doing all my bookings thru booking.com but after this trip i will never book again thru booking.com and will tell my friends the same.
Review 2：Hardly any nice shady spots on the premises of the hotel, no trees at all (it is very hot on Chios on a summer afternoon; nothing better than shade; instead, AC was blowing very strongly in the breakfast room). Permanent background music in the lobby and by the pool (Eros Ramazotti, all the time) is annoying. First apartment we got had close to zero sea view (just a glance of blue through the bushes) – was advertised as "side sea view". Swimming pool cleaning system was broken when we were there, had to be cleaned manually once a day. Starting from the afternoon, it was unacceptably dirty. We got told that it would get fixed soon. But the sea was much better than that pool, anyway... Pool is not too large: 4 by 8 meters, or so. Wireless internet in the lobby, but only wired internet in the rooms. Internet had a lot of outages, some 40% of the time.
Review 3：Facilities are nice and large enough in principle. Just needs some more love, style, and continued improvement (everything rather pale, empty, hot). Recepetionist agreed to move us to larger, nicer apartment with a proper sea view after we had expressed dissatisfaction with our first one. Location is good, separated from the seafront only by a calm road. Some 300 meters from a nice public sandy beach with restaurants and chairs, and the center of the village (ATM, minimarket, car, bike, scotter rental, ...)

Review 6：There's a little scary to walk from the hotel to the centre of Karfas. Missing sidewalk 2/3 of the way and the greeks drive like crazy.

Review 17：No t.v. in bedroom, T.V. had no english speaking stations other than BBC. No internet in rooms, only in loby. no wash cloths, bars of soap, or shampoo.
Review 18：fantastic view, clean,convinient, good food,friendly, good location, changed sheets and clean towels daily.

Review 20：Very friendly staff, convenient location by the beach, nice pool and spacious self-catering accommodation. Also close to Chios town and with small shops and restaurants nearby.
Review 21：We enjoyed our stay however, we were ushered away from the pool at 6pm as there was a wedding party!! The wedding was very loud and went on until the early hours, The apartments are not very sound proof and the black out blind was vibrating. Suggestion - the hotel should make prospective residents aware of any pre-booked parties to enable them to check out other hotels.
Review 22：The welcome was good and although we were early, our room was available in half an hour. The apartments very compact and well thought out. The Hotel was within good walking distance of the beach and bars and restaurants.
Review 23：The only one problem for us was the air aconditioner (the sistem is automatic and it stops during the night).
Review 24：We had a double room with view to the sea and was very confortable because it also had a kitchen and was very spacious. The hotel is also very near to the Karfas beach and the restaurants and markets area. The breakfast was very complete and delicious.
Review 25：The only thing we didn't like was the sofa bed in the living room isuncomfortable to sit on if watching tv, only 2 of us went so wedidn't need another bed and a proper sofa would have been better forus but parties of more than 2 would need this bed, I really don'tmean to complain.
Review 26：Stayed in an upstairs apartment which overlooked the sea from the frontbalcony which was wonderful, sun moved to rear balcony in mid afternoonand other apartment behind us but you can't blame the complex for thesun angle! Also spent time at the pool area which had the sun all day.Wonderful welcome, lovely staff - each girl was helpful, polite etc. We tried to price costs for 2013 to stay there again as we will definitely stay back there
