Review 1：Room four radiator was cold, despite being fully turned on - temp below freezing outside!... mentioned it staff but not fixed ( though probably not poss in the short term)

Review 5：Room was cold until later in the evening! Wifi was almost non-existent and virtually useless so caused me some problems as one criteria for staying was wifi in my room!! No early breakfast facility so had to 'book' a sandwich for as soon as possible after 8 am when the restaurant would have opened - but staff were 10 minutes late coming in - so had to rush eating a bacon sandwich and then was charged full breakfast price (£18) for a bacon sandwich on check-out - didn't notice until later as I was by now in a panic to catch my coach!
Review 6：Location is great (like Totnes generally) (apart from trying to get a taxi at 8 am) Friendly staff - we drove me to the station as I could not get a taxi! - This is why I gave full marks to staff :) even though the breakfast girl was 10 minutes late arriving to open up!
Review 7：I liked it all. The Steam Packet has a lovely situation right on the river. I found the staff, helpful, attentive, friendly. The room was comfortable and nicely decorated with very adequate modern bathroom. One tiny thing, I ordered a veggie breakfast on my last morning. The sausages were very dry and overcooked, easy to do with veggie sausages. As I ate there both nights I found food very good.

Review 12：The shower controls! It took me forever to work out which lever was for what. I would also have welcomed a little shelf and a hook in the shower, for my stuff.

Review 17：bed was a little soft for me but that's my own preference. Go for one of the two upstairs rooms if you can as I was woken fairly early by people walking around in the room above me.

Review 22：The curdled milk. The irritation of only one bedside table with lamp. The bed took up most of the room but as this is not a cheap B&B a bit of careful planning could have remedied this. No reception just wait your turn .

Review 27：Lovely quayside location alongside the River Dart. Exceptionally warm and welcoming staff. Hats off to "Woody" and Lauren for their friendliness. Relaxed ambience in bar and dining area and excellent food. It all made for a fabulous couple of days. Shall definitely return.
