Review 1：The aircon situation is a bit of a pain as the doors had to be shut in a certain way to trigger the sensor of the aircon. Also, towels weren't always replaced with new ones. Wifi was not great.

Review 2：Stayed here in July and on the first night of arriving, we was welcomed with free fruity shots from the bar staff. The hotel was great and staff, particularly Panos, got out of their way to help us when there were issues with the aircon. Although I didn't use the pool much, it was generally clean and there are a good amount of sun loungers out for people to use. The rooms were cleaned and bins changed everyday. Location wise, the hotel is in a good location, with the beach and the strip nearby!

Review 3：Distance from the strip was 15/20 mins walk but I never felt unsafe and taxi was only €6 anyway

Review 5：If your room is close to the hotels bar its very noisy at night. The parking space offers very limited space especially when you consider the hotel's size.

Review 6：The food and drinks offered in the hotel restaurant were awesome with managable prices and the staff was very friendly and responsive. The room was big and the lighting was great.

Review 7：To get to the beach or to the center of tourism has to take a taxi which costs 6 euros each way. We wasted a lot of money on taxis because of the distance of the hotel. 3 km by foot from the center, far few .

Review 13：I had a great holidays thanks to Canadian. I enjoyed my stay and my 6 yers old doughter enjoyed it very much. It's not maybe a classic family hotel, it's rather for people without children who wants to party. Anyhow, thanks to a great personel our family felt very good and comfortable.

Review 14：In Greece the Internet connection is useless!!! You get a password but it is impossible even to get your mail. At Canadian Hotel the Internet is not free so owing in view the former experience, we haven't pay for it. It is very possible you spend your money for nothing. In hotels Internet must be free and MUST WORK!

Review 18：It is a bit difficult getting into Zakynthos town unless you rent a caror quad. Buses are extremely unreliable and tend not to show up forscheduled times. They have flat rates on all destinations by taxi so toget to the town it'll cost you 13 euros, and to the airportit'll cost 17 euros. They only have one person working at the deskat one time so expect to wait a while when checking in/out andmaking enquiries.

Review 19：We weren't expecting much from this hotel when we first booked it,but we were pleasantly surprised! We got upgraded to an apartment whichwas extremely spacious and slightly outside the main hotel location. Thelocation is walking distance to Laganas beach and the Laganas strip, Idefinitely recommend staying here if you are planning on going clubbing.Jenny at the front desk was extremely helpful and booked us excursionsand a rent-a-car as well as providing us with information aboutrestaurants and 'must-sees'.

Review 20：Traveling as a couple with a young child we had our concerns about noise in this area which proved to be false. our stay was quiet and very comfortable, Main road is 2 minutes’ walk and the beach is about 4 minutes’ walk. The hotel is nicely located and has good facilities, rooms are equipped with a kitchen so you can prepare breakfast in the room. and the pool and pool bar are great. Good food in the restaurant we ate there most of the time. And the hotel staff was very welcoming and helpful. All and all good value for money Recommended to all, would definitely stay again, thanks

Review 26：Facilities, hotel room and general staff great. Short walk to the beach and strip in other direction. Found the best restaurant on the island to be very near by - Avanti - the food there fantastic. The bar at the Canadian was a laugh and the bar staff really friendly. Do the turtle boat trip - from the beach, we had a great time.

The staff is very very helpful and friendly; Jenny, particularly, went out of her way to offer immediate assistance to any matters that needed solving. The atmosphere is lively, bursting with youthful energy, yet somehow interestingly eclectic, allowing guests of various age to blend together. Food and greek coffee are marvelous too.

Review 36：The staff is very friendly. we've asked them to change us the room as the initial one was near the bar and the pool. They gave us a better room with view of the garden. The beach is 5 minutes walking distance to the hotel. The rooms are cleaned every day. the towels and the linen are also changed every day.

Review 60：The room was almost new and very clean, staff cleaning it and arranging sheets daily. Has good location, near center, markets and beach, perfect place for parties. Bar with friendly personnel. The staff were extremely nice and helpful and it had a good atmosphere (a huge 10 for personnel). About the couples which said that had to pay the sheets or other destroyed objects - I broke a glass and I asked to pay for it. The receptionist refused to take money, saying it was an accident and accidents are not charged. She explained me that I have to pay only for things intentionally destroyed, like sheets, which is 100% fair from my point of view.

Good size pool ,clean and never to busy.The room, well apartment realy as there is a fridge and hot plate for cooking and plates etc if you feel like a snack, are a good size .The bathroom had good tiling floor to ceiling very cleen and always plenty of hot water.This is only 2 star but is as good as a 3 star place.Great price and location 100m from the beach good food in the bar 18hrs a day
