Reviews for Low Farm Cottages

Review 1:There was no internet - you can faintly pick up the free wifi but it is not possible to actually use it for anything.

Review 2:Clean freshly refurbished property. Plenty of parking. Easy to find. Friendly staff. Plenty of facilities.

Review 3:The mattresses on the beds were a little hard.

Review 4:Very friendly welcome and the owner was very helpful. The cottage was well furnished and well decorated with all the right facilities. Very good location.

Review 5:The location was beautiful, so quiet and peaceful. Loved the Mediterranean garden in the centre of the cottages. The cottage was really comfortable, plenty of room and lovely comfy sofas. The reception I received upon arrival was very warm and welcoming.

Review 6:Lovely clean well decorated. Comfortable and well equipped. Staff very accommodating. Curtesy phone as no mobile reception (which is not a bad thing when trying to relax) free wifi if you have to keep in touch with the outside world. Would definitely reccom

Review 7:Lovely little cottage, nice size rooms and plenty of bedding etc, no phone signal in area so a land line phone provided free of charge in cottage which was a nice touch and owner was very helpful and friendly, worth a stay

Review 8:Unfortunately the place smelt of dog and urine although the cottage looked clean.

Review 9:The garden/courtyard area was lovely and the situation was great for what we went to Suffolk for.

Review 10:There was no hot water on the morning we left which was ok because there was an electric shower and we were leaving by 10am

Review 11:Facilities were very clean and well supplied with everything we could need.

Review 12:There's genuinely lots to like about Pickles, the name of the cute and handsome cottage-style, single-story self-catering accommodation I stayed at. It's attractive, spacious, modern and superbly equipped with absolutely everything you might need for a self-catering break. It's set in very quiet and peaceful surroundings and I was especially pleased to discover how comfortable the bedding was. Being a bird lover I was royally entertained from the comfort of the lounge settee by a array of garden birds as they flitted from feeder to feeder right in front of the French doors. The accommodation is centrally heated with thermostatically controlled radiators in every room

Review 13:No mobile reception.

Review 14:Great Cottage with all the bits you need for a night or a couple of weeks. A good bed, an excellent TV, plenty of space in the cottage, sofas and dining table with room to sit.

Review 15:The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and faced into a lovely courtyard. Nice welcome from the owner who couldn't have been more helpful. Most definitely on my list of 'must return to' in the summer!

Review 16:The only thing is that I need a more firm mattress. Perhaps that's my age.

Review 17:Liked the adjacent campgrounds for hiking, very quiet and relaxing to come home to after a day's activities. Wrote landlord to see if hair dryer was provided. It was obvious he went out to get me one. Very nice!

Review 18:Having to wait an extra hour for room to be ready. Paying £20 for very small dog. Very uncomfortable sofas and other guests walking past ourrench doors and staring in. Nowhere private to sit outside. Manager did not appear as we left did not know where to leave key.

Review 19:Area, bedroom

Review 20:During the day there was quite a lot of traffic (cars) passing along the road into the village. The cottages are quite close to the road. The sound didn't in the least bit bother my companion - a Londoner!

Review 21:Peaceful courtyard with french doors opening on to it. For two it was a comfortable living space, Very quiet at night,

Review 22:We only needed a two night stay for a wedding we were attending in Suffolk. With our son and grand son with us, most hotels were extortionate, but this was the right price. The cottage was comfortable, clean and everything we required was in the cottage including towels. The owner was friendly and welcoming and made us feel at home. I would recommend this place , and we know where we will be staying on our next visit! .

Review 23:Would have preferred a location a bit closer to the riverside (and the pub), but that is a minor quibble.

Review 24:Helpful and flexible host, despite his own important event going on at the same time. Cottage was ready, and clean.

Review 25:None.

Review 26:The cottage was very well equipped with TV's in both bedrooms and living room. The kitchen was amazingly well thought out and the free tea, coffee and sugar was a nice touch. Our cottage was one of 4 and looked out onto a beautiful flower laden courtyard.
