Review 1：Staff is very nice! We got a very quiet room with baby cot as we asked for. The breakfast is the best around the lake I think, various and tasty. This is one of the best hotel to stay if you'd like to discover the area of the north shore of Balaton, if you like the calm and quiet small-town feeling. Easy to parking, two steps away from the beach and the harbour. Recommended

Review 2：Apart from breakfast there was no other food at the hotel. No bar or tea or coffee. Not even a kettle in the room to make your own.

Review 6：cobweb in the bathroom and broken triple lights next to wardrobe breakfast was the only meal option, we couldnt order diner at the hotel, but thanks to it we discovered amazing restaurants in Tihany village a lack of tables upon breakfast so hotel guests had to wait few minutes for free table, hotel is situated in quiet part of the peninsula, off the beaten track, if you like to bike or walk, you won´t be disappointed, otherwise get ready for travelling, staff recommended us nearby beach restaurant but it was closed every evening during our stay.

Review 14：The room smelled funny, the carpet had stains on it and the shower curtain was dirty. All in all it is not a 4 star hotel. They do not have a bar and you always have to wait a few minutes until someone comes to the reception desk.

Review 16：The staff could hardly speak English, room was never max clean during the stay - the tub was never cleaned, the room was never vacuumed, WiFi was working about few hours of the entire stay, the breakfast was also NOT a four star level, and at the top, the Jacuzzi broke in the middle of the stay and outside was raining so there is nothing to do really at the hotel...this hotel should be rated as three stars altogether.

Review 17：The location of the hotel was excellent! Also, across the hotel there was a beach that was great - also we must point out the restaurant at the beach. The hotel was cool and all but it was NOT a four star hotel!

Review 18：- Spider webs and mouldy walls in the room are not what you expect from a four star hotel. - Hard to find an unoccupied parking place, because bathers park their cars in front of the hotel. Private parking would be welcome for guests only.

Review 85：The girl at the reception was a little bit rude when we said on the second day that we couldn't stay on the last night and we were inquiring about why we should pay for the last. Review 87：Not the hotel's fault but the private "beach" across the road accessible to the hotel's clients was closed on Monday. This also meant the only restaurant in walking distance was closed as it is part of the beach area.

Review 88：The staff at the desk were very helpful in that they spoke English. Comfy bed in our room. We used the bicycles which were available at the hotel and we used them to bike to the local Tihany village which was too far to walk to. Our room included breakfast which was excellent including fresh local fruit, meats, cheeses, eggs and omelette, sausages, cereals, yogurts and a very good range of breads and buns. Good coffee from a machine. Excellent parking on site.

Review 89：One of the bedside lamps did not work and was not repaired during our 4-night stay. After 22.00 there is no proper reception just a grumpy security guy who could not even give us shampoo which was not filled up in our room. No holder for the shower-head in the bathroom. The hotel manager offered a discount for the inconveniences, which was nice. Otherwise the hotel is overpriced for what it is and would deserve three stars rather than four.
