Reviews for Leven House
Review 1:From the car park to the entrance you have to negotiate two flights of outside stairs which would prove difficult in bad weather. We were lucky as it was fine weather.
Review 2:Very friendly owners and staff. The room was up to modern standards albeit somewhat dated décor and furniture.Wifi is only possible in the lounge.
Review 3:Could do with a little updating and the rooms were fine but a bit twee on the flowery bedspreads. A bit of modernising would be good

Review 9:Being a biker I've stayed in dozens of BBs in Scotland aswell as Europe and I can honestly say that Leven House is probably the best .After a 300 mile, rain soaked journey ,the welcome by Frank and Agnes was extremely warm and welcoming .The double room was very clean, bright and airy with an onsuite bathroom ,excellent shower with plenty of piping hot water. There was tea and coffee available in the room and a cracking breakfast next day. Car park is at the rear of the property with a well lit path leading to the back door. I would have no hesitation in recommending Leven House and will definitely be returning there again myself.
