Review 1：I called ahead because my train was running very late. The woman at the front desk waited for me to arrive (almost 12 midnight) and showed me to my room.
Review 2：the hotel is not very fancy from the outside, and a bit far away from the city center. Also, the all-you-can-eat buffet can be skipped, as it will not give you much joy. Narrow-ish steps leads to the rooms, that might be uncomfortable for the elderly.
Review 3：Both the staff and the interior of the hotel is pleasant. The wellness part is not to big, but includes two pools (a larger and a smaller), an inside and outside jacuzzi and a Finnish and an infra sauna. The restaurant and the Christmas program was fine.
Review 4：We arrived quite late, but everyone was friendly and they were really waiting for us. We loved this suit, it gave some privacy for us and it was still a great place for the family. We all loved the bath tube. Patisserie in the morning was just excellent and so the coffee!

Review 14：We (6 adults and 2 kids) have stayed in the hotel for three nights. It's the first time we choose this hotel and are happy with our decision. Good rooms, great restaurant with kids room, nice swimming pool and billiard. Testy kitchen. Kids playroom with good number of toys. Many kids chairs. Very good swimming pool. WiFi works in all rooms and on the whole floor. Good big secure parking. Good rooms. Very good bathroom. Very good personal. Good reach breakfast.
