Review 1：I can't really think of anything we didn't like. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Review 6：No fly screens on the windows to stop mosquitoes coming in - so this would be a great improvement. The pull down blinds were great, but the one covering the window next to the entrance door did not completely stop anyone from looking in. If they were to peer through the window you could see one of the beds. Did not stop us having a great time here.

Review 7：Great location for the beach which is just across the road. Lots of local supermarkets & tavernas close by & within walking distance. Breakfast was good, with a good range of things to suit everyone. Loved the top pool bar, where we sat having cocktails in the afternoon. Room was very clean. All staff happy, friendly & very helpful. Gardens well kept.

Review 25：We are traveling with a 5 years child. Usually we do not order additional bed because at traveling time child sleeping only with us on the same bed. So for last 4 years in 11 hotels that we have been it was not a problem. But not this time.The owner, who was at the reception, said that will not put us up in a hotel, unless we pay an additional € 175 per week (almost 50% of the price of the room) for a bed for the child.No discussion, no variants. As he said: “At my hotel, my rules.” So we were forced to pay 50% more than the price in offer on booking.com.After that, they brought additional bed to our room. It was a small cot for babies about 1 year! Probably just another stupid joke. Of course we refused and eventually just lived in the same studio room, the same bed, but for 50% more expensive.But it was not final. On departure day woman on the reception demanded the money again! She doesn’t see that we already paid two times for this room! It took half an hour before she got through to the owner to confirm that the room has already been paid on the first day. What she told to us? “If you want to leave the hotel you will have to wait”.You will also find a lot of small problems in this hotel. They are trying to save money on everything is looking like paranoia.1. Poor breakfast. Bacon and omlet all the week, without changes, without alternative.2. Very bad equipped kitchen in the room. There is no normal knife, only for bread. No even wine glasses (who want to drink wine on Crete?). You can forget about cooking something on this kitchen.3. They sell towels for the pool! No free towels.I see this first time in my life. Probably pool towel from hotel is the worst souvenir you can buy in Crete.4. Wi-Fi. If you need real internet in the room - just forget about it.5. We asked on reception to print tickets for our flights. Women on reception said that she could not print without permission of the owner. Incredible! Just print two lists!

Hard to find a parking even in the hotels parking. The breakefast is till 9:30. They don t refill after 9:00. Cannot find a table after 9:00. Only outside under the sun. The pool is not clean. They are UNPROFESSIONAL!!

On arrival being shown to the room is nice, but it would have been nice to be offered a complimentary drink at the bar, or a non- alcohlic drink such as a frappe. I made a complaint about one of the staff members which whilst was dealt with swiftly, I don't think was taken very seriously and almost ruined my stay at the hotel. Again, a complimentary drink should have been offered.The breakfast system in the morning could be improved. None of my fothcoming suggestions would cost any money- it is the treatment and experience that I had that I felt was under par, compared with other hotels that I have stayed in.The staff do not say hello when guests arrive to the breakfast buffet. Then, when you sit down for breakfast, you are asked quite aggressively to confirm your room number, as if you are not meant to be there. The breakfast isn't good enough anyway to try and get it for free. In any case, staff should surely remember guests by face in such a small hotel? I stayed 7 nights, and each time had my number checked. By the last day I was pretty annoyed about it. I felt uncomfortable being singled out to be asked this question nearly every day- and already felt self- conscious as a lone traveller. It didn't appear that any other guests had their room numbers checked. A system should be put in place to aleviate this discomfort. It may not sound like a big thing, but when you are taking your only holiday all year, it is important to feel special at a hotel I paid slightly more for, expecting a better service. It would be better to check the room numbers when guests walk in, not half way through eating, as is standard in most other hotels. A greeting is also essential- a simple 'good morning' would suffice. The lay out of the breakfast could also be imporoved and the hot drinks could be expanded.

Review 96：I'd suggest they paid attention to the shades in some rooms, especially those facing east. Even with the shades all the way down the light in the morning is enough to wake you up. (Maybe dark shades instead of white? easy to rectify and low cost) Also the room/bathroom could use an extra small table or desk on which to put things, a couple of times we really felt that they'd come handy. Be patient with the A/C, as it needs a couple of minutes after pressing the button on the remote to start working.

Review 97：Overall a pretty good hotel with fair value for money. Beach is very close by for a swim. You'll probably need a car to reach Chania, but you'll find plenty of car rentals nearby. Vivid place and plenty of amenities nearby. Wifi available in the room (at least our room) but occasionally connection failed. The kitchen in the room was well-equiped. A/C was included at no extra cost, I think its cooling power was average but gave tolerable temperature when 30-35 C outside. Would recommend.

Review 100：The hotel was disgraceful. It was very expensive for the facilities that it offered. We had the following problems: - The air-conditioning (AC) only worked specific hours of the day, something that was not mentioned to us beforehand. This resulted in us dying from the heat in the morning, which was very uncomfortable. - The drain in the shower would get blocked continuously and it took two hours for the water to go down which was disgusting. - One of the facilities they mentioned it offered was a wi-fi connection, however the wi-fi connection did not work in our room and we had no internet. - In the shower there was no space to put your shampoo and body wash products, which meant we had to leave our washing products on the floor. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel for this price.

More to this, air coolingworks between 22.00 to 05.30 (wtf?!!) and you wake up at 9 soaking wet.No washing machines (people have to use laundry service 300 away fromhotel) no iron either. Big minus... Restaurant is just 2 m away fromcentral road - no very comfy to relax there when lorries, motorcyclistsand cars make noise around you. Will not be booking it anymore.
