Review 1：Buffet breakfast was extremely poor, dinner choice and quality was disapponting. A fair 3 stars for all facilities but not 5 for sure.

Review 5：Where to start? :-)1. The booked room (deluxe with the lake view) proved to be a corner, ground floor, with the view towards the parking and the terrace restaurant, dirty, full of spiders with a leaking bathtub. 2. The second room (changed after complaining) looked lovely BUT was dirty, the quality of interiors was very poor, the airco leaked into the master-bed twice (was repaired in the afternoon first time and leaked the second time just when we were about to go to bed after 23:00). There was no one in the reception so restaurant staff helped us with a temporary solution for the leak. 3. Too few towels AND not changed even when wet, dirty and on the floor. 4. Except for two mini bottles of Dove shower gel, a wine opener and two glasses, there were no other bathroom/hotel room articles present (something we did not expect in a 4/5* hotel room with a kitchenette). 5. No hotel information in the room - even the info "in case of emergency". We could write more but we think the above gives sufficient impression of this 4/5* (yeah right!) hotel :-)

Review 6：The location of the accommodation was good, situated in Tihany, close tothe Balaton lake and not so far away from the village center.The Karolina Restaurant based in the hotel had very good food with excellent service and very helpful staff. After the first night we were offered 10% discount due to not meeting our booking. At the end of our horrible stay, after more problems, we were offered a voucher for 3 free nights to be used within the next year and 20% refund (which we refused) but after our counter-suggestion we were given 50% refund after all.
