Review 1：Wish we had known New Years Eve was going to be so special, would have brought better attire!

Review 2：Absolutely lovely staff, Fam Gems work extremely hard to make your stay perfect. Food was excellent and so was service, a lot of effort and creativity was put into every meal. Great lounge and very attentive bar staff, just wished we could have spent more evenings in the hotel but we had friends staying the town. Superb views from the hotel, worth the short walk up steep hill a couple of times a day. Great location for skiing in and out of the hotel.

Review 3：Even by Austria's normal high standards, this hotel is outstanding. The staff are an excellent team and, without exception, offer the highest levels of service in all areas. There is an extensive and varied evening menu and the food is delicious. Thank you to all at Hotel Sonnleiten for a wonderful holiday.

Review 4：We booked a junior suite, which was very junior in size for a suite. I've stayed in bigger doubles elsewhere. Also shower only, no bath. Bedrooms and the restaurant were uncomfortably warm, which everybody in our party commented on.

Review 5：Food was very good apart from the salad bar, which was a bit of a half effort and seemed to be close to empty a lot of the time. Other 4 star hotels I've stayed in in Austria have a far greater choice. Good for ski to and good locker room.

Review 6：The only thing that through us off is the staff at the mountain bike shop, not the elderly guy, the younger guy (who is also a bike guide or sort of) is the rudest person ever. I don't know if the shop actually belongs to him or if the shop is actually part of the hotel but that guy could be a reason for us to not return. No smile, no guidance, rude and stupid comments about us having a flat tire or going to fast on a downhil trail? How can you go to fast on a downhill trail?! Seriously? That's the reason we went there and borrowed the downhill bikes from his?? shop!? Again, all was great except that guy who clearly has to work on his personality and hospitality skills!

Review 7：We really enjoyed th hotel, the facilities and even the location which is a bit on top of a hill but gives amazing mountain views overlooking the city. The half board offer gives great value to the overall stay and the food is outstanding - great chef!!!
