Review 1：Breakfast was poor. And we love cats but 15 cats jumping on tables in the garden side is also not good during breakfast.

Review 2：The view was amazing! To wake up into the sea feeling... (Make sure to get a sea view room =)

Review 3：Our room was very old. Hotel was not luxurious and didn't look like a 4-star hotel at all. Breakfast was not good. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. There were spider webs and a lot of spiders in our room! Private beach was disappointing: no changing room, no sand (only rocks and dirt), uncomfortable sun-beds. When the next room flushes the toilet in the middle of the night, you wake up to the noise.

Review 4：Sea view was great. The sound of the waves and the smell of the sage tree in the morning were the only good things about this hotel. Dionysos and Bahari Taverns were close to the hotel and the food was great. You should definitely try them. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel. However, it's better to rent a car. Taxi costs 10-12€ from the city center to the hotel.

Review 5：Hotel has good view and poo&sea was good. Also not far to Karfas center. Vera (in reception) was very helpful and hospital. She will definately support you during your holiday.

Review 6：Internet reception v bad on most areAs. Cleanliness not super- found hair on the floor from the day before. Parking is also a bit of an issue if u have a car, spaces are few and the hotel is situTed on a curb so no visibility if u park on the street. Still, u find a way eventually.

Review 7：Convenient location. Nice "private" beach if u don't feel like moving around . Friendly staff, some went out of their way to please us or accommodate a need. Restaurant by the pool has surprisingly good cuisine. Beautiful view. Super friendly for wheelchairs and strollers.

Review 13：Housekeeping left a lot to be desired in its approach to cleanliness. This I blame on the head of housekeeping who obviously was unable to lead her team. Our experience at Erytha was -Room not cleaned one day, towels not always replaced or short with no bath mat & hand towel, bed sheets had stains on them, bathroom tiles need to be cleaned properly. On top of this there was absolutely no wifi in rooms. This I find unacceptable considering the prices charged.

Review 19：there are two parts to this hotel. we stayed in the new building. our balcony was right on top of see. we had the best view ever. unfortunatelly there was no wifi in our part of the building but it was not a great issue for us. we had our lunchs at the hotel. the food were great. the beach to the hotel is quite very good. I really enjoyed the hotel i would recommend it to anyone.

Review 20：The staff was very slow...the breakfast was not what I expected, not good. They did not give options as to how to get around. At the end of my stay I figured out you can take buses for way way less than renting a car or taxis. And of course wifi was terrible.

Review 25：Great location! Hotel personel is very very kind and easy-going. We like very very much the breakfast. Hotel is very clean. Many great restaurants nearby such as Dionyssos, To Mphari, Pinaleon. You may go to Chios Center by taxi in 10 minutes. And it costs 10-12 euros. Hotel has own beach and two pools. Sometimes music is a little bit loud at the pool.

Review 26：Our room had a very distict smell of humidity. The beach was not very "user-friendly". The guys at the beach/pool bar seemd to be hating what they were doing. Hence the service quality was terrible.

Review 31：The location of this hotel is superb. The view across the strait is unique and memorable. We wish that we could have stayed longer. The hotel personnel were very helpful and friendly. Serene walks through the beautiful gardens.

Review 32：We had a seaview room. The view was sensational. The room was large, clean and modern. The hotel has 2 large pools and a small beach. The staff were helpful, friendly and accommodating. The town is an easy 10 minutes walk away. A very comfortable resort.

Review 33：Lift was not working and not fixed during our 3 day stay. Rain shower in bathroom was broken and the hair dryer was broken off the wall with exposed wires! Very dangerous! Both were fixed promptly however rooms should be checked by maintenance staff.

Room service staff need to pay more attention to room facilities. Our shower head was broken and the hair dryer on the wall was also broken with exposed wires which was very dangerous. I had to have both fixed during our stay.

Review 88：when we were first about to book this hotel I looked at the score of this hotel and I was a bit doubtful about what was about to come. the hotel turned out to be amazing for what we paid for. fantastic staff, very nice room (exactly shown in the pictures) and perfect service. the location was also very good. I strongly recommend you to choose this hotel, you will not regret it.

Review 89：The hotel is seemingly run by people who have never stayed in a hotel. They have no clue regarding customer service. Furthermore, the hotel seemed understaffed the entire time. The WiFi in the lobby was not working for 4 days. When they didn't have any towels left to use at the pool the employee actually said: "thats your problem, not mine". They are supposed to provide towels at the pool. This statement pretty much summed up the attitude of most of the employees. There were a couple nice people working there such as the waitress at the taverna, but otherwise we were not treated well. Nothing seemed to work quite right at the hotel. They need a completely new management team, one that actually knows how to run a high quality hotel. They are in a great location and there are incredibly few options for good hotels on Chios and Erytha seemingly knows this and takes it for granted.

Review 91：It was a twin room with beds put together look like a double bed. The phone wasn't working. We stayed only for a night and did not spent much time at the hotel so i did not mention those issues to the reception.

Review 92：When we arrived to Chios we could not find a car for rent at downtown, since that holiday was a quick decision for us. The receptionist arranged us a car when we get to the hotel. Even though a little old fashioned, the room was nice, clean, have a sea view with a nice balcony. The minibar was empty, which we found out later that, they allow you to bring stuff by yourself or order from the room service, which is handy if you plan to stay longer. The swimming pool is relatively small, but we never seen it crowded, since the purpose and trend at the island is sightseeing. The prices for extras were very reasonable. Staff was friendly. Although there wasn't a huge variety of food at the breakfast, everything was delicious, and we really enjoyed the quiet breakfast. We get what we paid for, with no disappointments at all.
