Review 3：the breakfast and dinner menu rather high priced, the swimming pool has very slippery floors which caused several people to fall, the bathroom tile needs some attention as the grout started to crack and this looks cheap. Finally the red paint of the hotel has become pink and this is not a "red flamingo Inn" so they should change to a colour which is more appropriate, the landscaping needs also some attention.

Review 4：Excellent location, near to many different ski lifts, staff very friendly, flexible and english speaking, compared to other french mountain resorts this was quite good, the rooms decoration very charming, I would definitely return.

Review 5：this hotel is far too expensive. 3 star would be more appropriate. this hotel has no night porter. the elevator is old. the rooms are small, no a/c, the temperature in the hotel was insupportable. the breakfast choice was not great. the coffee we ordered the second time was like water. we had reserved a quiet dining table. we were put next to the noisy kitchen door. after having waited for 20 minutes, the aubergiste had not yet taken care of us but he did so with guests at three tables that arrived after us. we then left the place to have dinner somewhere else. all in all we would not recommand this hotel.

Review 8：Excellent 4 star hotel out in the country. Everything that was claimed about the hotel was accurate. Friendly restaurant staff gave useful tips. With only one or two other guests at off season time we were upgraded to a suite as we checked in for only the one night - which was the icing on the cake.

Review 13：We were quite disappointed by the spa. The steam room was prohibitively, even dangerously, hot and was deemed to be broken by hotel staff. The footbath was empty and the fireplace, though stacked high with wood and paper, was unfortunately not lit. The sauna was not turned on when we arrived so we had to wait ~45 minutes for it to warm up from 40C to 80C, during which time, since everything else was non-functional, our only option was to sit in a couple of lounge chairs and wait. The 'heated' pool (accessible by all guests) was barely lukewarm making for a chilly experience. I would not recommend paying 15 Euros for a spa visit. Our only other complaint besides the spa was that the wi-fi didn't work in our room. I could sometimes get a connection on my PC but my husbands iPhone and iBook couldn't even see the router.

Review 14：The food was delicious, both dinner and breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic. The room was cozy, warm and clean. The lounge was very inviting with a fire in the fireplace and soft chairs/sofas for relaxing.
