Review 1：- most of the staff speak very little languages except Hungarian, however they are so efficient that this doesn't really matter much

Review 2：- very nice location, 5 minute walk to city center, bus number 8 (for the excellent zoo and recreational area in the suburbs) is right in front of the hotel - rooms are a true work of art, each one is different - private parking, which means no paying for parking on the street - excellent wifi

Review 3：I felt that I could have gotten as good of a room for less money. From the pictures I was expecting more. Several things were not quite working as well as they should. There was a surcharge to use the AC which I never experienced before.

Review 6：The hotel was spotless, stylish and the breakfast very good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The city is clean pretty and interesting.

Review 7：You can not pay with card only cash or euro. The beds don't have mattress cover only a sheet that is quite small. The decorations of room is to much and it is not relaxing at all - it look more like a borthel than a place to rest.

Review 33：All rooms decorated in garish purple wallpaper more suited to a bordello. We had to pay extra to use the air conditioning which was listed as a normal facility and they had no facility for credit card payments so luckily we had enough cash to pay our bill.

Review 35：Hotel Palermo became my fav in nyiregyháza. It is a family own/runbusiness. So expect cozy and friendly welcome. On the main positiveside I'd mention that it is a quiet new hotel (pension to beprecise) private court parking and good city location. I do recommendthis place to stay.
