Review 4：My family had a great stay at Ramada, staff helpful and friendly. Rooms big and lovely.Loved the location, dining at local restaurants were great value. Ramada had excellent activities for kids and big people- pool, games room, gym and tennis court, kayaks to keep them busy.

Review 5：Handy to local shops including a bottle shop and close to the Power Boat club. Walked to dinner and got the club bus home as suggested by one of the very friendly staff.

Review 19：We were not told that the 3rd bedroom could only be accessed by the use of stairs! Our group of 3 elderly couples all had ankle, knee or hip problems and find it difficult to climb stairs. The resort manager, Mai, was very understanding and gave us the use of the unit next door to our 3 bedroom unit as well so that one couple did not have to climb the stairs!

Review 20：The location and easy access to the beach. Also loved the walking pathway along the water front. Mai, the resort manager, was extremely helpful and understanding and went out of her way to accommodate us. She saved our holiday!! She will inform Booking.com about the stairs in the 3 bedroom unit.

Review 37：i feel that when you book a HOTEL then it is serviced with new towels and beds made daily - there was NO service at all - the lounge was so hard that sitting on it for even 15 minutes gave you a sore back and I do not approve of a small outdoor setting as the only dining table available. there was no internet available and the satellite channels would not work. we would not recommend this hotel to anyone. also no room service from the restaurant onsite.

Foxtel would also be a nice option for a bit more variety on TV as we got rained in on our first afternoon so had to change plans to staying in our room instead of going for a walk along the boardwalk. A complimentary late checkout would have been a nice option as well as we felt a bit rushed out the door in the morning.

Review 86：The views were spectacular, we got to watch a storm roll over and the breeze was very refreshing. The bed was so comfy, I had a great nights sleep. The hotel itself was so close to everything we needed whether walk or short car trip. We only had an overnight stay but it was the perfect little getaway and very relaxing. Thanks! We would have definitely loved to come back with our family, but unfortunately maximum occupancy is 6 and we're a family of 7.

Review 87：Everything about this property was outstanding! Staff were genuinely friendly and professional. The one bedroom apartment was HUGE with fantastic views and very clean. My partner and I are both in the hotel industry and have already recommended the Worldmark Caloundra to many friends and colleagues. The Thai restaurant attached served us possibly the best Thai food that I've eaten outside of Thailand! Thank you Worldmark resort for making our break away one of the best yet!

Breakfast could be had off-site at a different resort along the road. How Odd! Leaving the apartment to go to the elevator meant heading out into a bitter wind as the walkway is open to the elements.

The 3 bedroom apartment didn't really have any lounge space, a 2.5 seater lounge for 6 guests? and shared area was very small. We had planned to relax in the apartment for the weekend and use hotel facilities as it was a long awaited break away but the room was far too small :( View was very nice and it was complete beachfront. No oven, only cooktop. Room had cosmetic things that needed attention (paintwork patches throughout the room) but very clean!!! Staff were very helpful when we called to see if we left housekeys behind.

Therefore when we went to park the car at around 9 pm... all the under car parks were taken. We had to street park in the rain and lug all the dance bags up the street. The same thing happened the following night.

I had to use a room on the floor below...unacceptable!!!!!! The layout and available storage of the kitchen were extremely poor. Carpets and furnishings were worn and very much in need of replacement, which describes the resort in general.
