Review 1：Internet didn't work at all in our room, and was very slow in the lounge/common area, especially if more than one person tried to use it.
Review 2：Location was great - right at the entrance to park with beautiful lake and trails. Staff was very friendly, and helpful, doing all that they could to translate for our French-challenged family.
Review 3：room and especially bathroom/toilet are very small... but do you need more when youŕe there for ski?

Review 5：Only given 2 towels for a family of 4?, awful pillows(suggest you bring your own) double bed tiny and a family room is just 2 singles and a double crammed into a very tiny space, certain short dark haired lady at receptoin dismissive and found her rude but may have been a language thing, no elevator or help with luggage so need to pack light next time

The Hotel is a little dated, but absoloutly functional, everything was working and comfortable, and for the price is certainly perfectly acceptable. And finally, the food was EXCELENT and at a very reasonable price.
