Review 2:The owners were very welcoming and friendly, and we absolutely loved all the mosaics and artwork in the garden (there was an 'Open Studios' exhibition when we arrived. Also loved bits of artwork and creative touches around the house. Lovely view from the twin room, good central location but still calm/quiet. Delicious pancakes and fruit for breakfast.

Review 6:An inspiring place in the heart of Scotland. Fantastically decorated, wonderful garden and full kitchen facilities. We loved the unique spirit of the place - Katy's mosaics, antique books, artisan tableware and shawls on the sofa make you feel as if you traveled in time into 'good old times'.

Review 12:The garden, and the way the sun went down behind the trees.
Review 13:Hanging rail a bit high in wardrobe. But it suits other people and hey, this isn't much of a criticism!
Review 14:Breakfast with home-made plum compote and lovely jam/marmalade, interesting room, Artwork by Katy, friendliness and 'sure touch' of owners, beautiful garden
Review 15:David and Katy were excellent hosts! To sorting the car parking to rising early to make breakfast for 7am! Nothing was too much trouble. The Purple Room was beautiful; the décor was tasteful and in keeping with the house and the view from the window over the mountains and gardens was stunning. The location of Galvemore House is prefect to access the centre of Crieff. We will definitely be back.

Our room was large and comfortable with lovely views across the garden and hills in the distance. Plenty of restaurants in the town. We were made very welcome and I would stay here again.

Review 45:I'm never keen on sharing a breakfast table with strangers - a series of small tables would be much better, if there is room
Review 46:The decor, the fact that the character of the house had been enhanced by Katy's artistic additions
Review 47:No heating /towel rail in bathroom. Chef needs to learn how to poach eggs! (But at least he tried)
Review 48:Location great for just walking into town. Ample parking. Interesting house & decor -very artistic. Friendly & welcoming -put the heating on for us. Good breakfast with plenty of choice including excellent home-made preserves. Nice touch of hot water bottles if needed.
Review 49:As this is an old house there were a lot of noise travelling through the rooms i.e. Creaky doors, stairs & floorboards. Despite the now common signage requesting if towels need replaced to leave them in the shower our towels lay in the shower for 2 days without being changed, the bed was left unmade and the the bin not emptied. Yet our tea cups were replaced and toilet-roll changed which indicated someone had come into the room.
