Review 10：the breakfast was 1-2star hotel in no case 4 star. the pictures of rooms and outside in site was 3 scales better than the reality. the premises did not have any cleaning kit only shampoo and shower gel. Also there were other customers that have paid for the same room half a price than i did .Another point is that spa did not have any swimming material in order to use spa premises.

Review 12：Μεγαλο ξενοδοχειο σε ωραια τοποθεσια μολις 400 περιπου μετρα απο το κεντρο του χωριου. Το δωματιο καθαρο και η θερμανση ικανοποιητικη. Τις ημερες που πηγαμε επειδη δεν ειχε πολυ κοσμο δεν ειχε μπουφε πρωινου αλλα στο σερβιραν με οτι τους ζητουσες. Το spa εχει πολυ καλες θεραπειες και οι αισθητικοι πολυ εξυπηρετικοι. Καναμε 4 θεραπειες μασαζ οπου χαλαρωσαμε τελειως. Βαγγελιτσα και Αποστολια σας ευχαριστουμε!! Μακαρι να ειχε και χιονι και θα ηταν τελεια η επισκεψη μας στο Πηλιο.

Review 13：We did not like the fact that while the hotel promised late check out in its website, it was denied when we asked for it.

Review 14：We liked the countryside and the location of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and the facilities were good. Very nice breakfast with a wide variety of food.

Review 15：The lack of quality regional food in both Portaria & Makrinitsa were poor and when I went back to the hotel to eat dinner, which we never do, as we prefer to eat the local food with the locals & asked why it was impossible to get the regional food, we were told that in the last 12 months, due to the decline in tourism here all the restaurants are only doing BBQ style food even though they are advertising full Greek regional food, which was never available in the first place. We ended up eating a rather bland spaghetti bolognese as we had little choice. Being Australian we have BBQ's very regularly so having this in a Greek village in this region was very poor form.

The Fine Print

-Please note that the Spa Centre, which includes a hydrotherapy pool, hammam and massage treatments, during the winter period is open on Mondays and Tuesdays from 16:00 until 20:00, Wednesday-Saturday from 12:00 until 20:00 and on Sundays from 10:00 to 18:00.-The Spa Centre can be used only by adults above the age of 18 years old and its use is subject to extra charges.-Please note that the spa pool's temperature from May until October is 26 Celsius and from November until April is 28 Celsius. The temperature in the hot tub is 34 degrees Celsius.-Kindly note that from 01/05 until 30/09 the spa will be closed every Sunday and Monday.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
